Not happy with the service and quality. The ice cream waffle was exposed to the air and not fresh. Also the portion is very small compared to what you pay.

The Indian staff here have very bad service, every time you come to pick up the goods, they will make you wait for half an hour. They do this on purpose.

Customer service is great, however, their ice cream seems to melt quickly. The coldstone off McKinley was the best. It was always nice and chilly in there, their ice cream was always fresh and not so watery.
I visited this afternoon and the gentlemen that was there was very nice and friendly however I did notice he didn’t wash his hands after doing multiple things all at once including collecting money from the other customers. They should consider wearing gloves when preparing everyone’s desserts. Bummer, probably won’t go there again.

continuous miscommunication issues, it is extremely hard to order when the person taking my order does not understand what I am asking nor can I understand them. it is hard to decipher broken English from my point of view, please hire capable workers.
usually this location is pretty good, but i went yesterday and it was the first time i wasn’t happy. i went to redeem a bogo of their “gotta have it” size. cashier told me it wasn’t there so i ended up paying full price. i open the bag and both ice creams aren’t even close to full. it’s like she made one gotta have it and split it into two gotta have it containers. so $20+ for two 3/4 full containers of ice cream.

This is our go to location since they opened! I frequently take my toddler and she loves getting the kids scoop with marshmallows. Everyone is always very helpful. Great customer service. One time my husband took our toddler in and he got a different flavor and then we always get and my toddler didn't want to eat it so that guy behind the counter said he knows she always gets the pink which is the cotton candy with marshmallows and he made her a new one for free.

Service is really poor, we ask for a recommendation and the girl that was help us told us, I don’t eat nothing from, here I just work here?Everyone look bother the moment we walked in. After I order I asked for my ice cream to be cover to go. The guy just put a lid smashing the ice cream spilling it over the side or my cup. I thought he was gonna clean it up. no!As he was heading it to me I ask if they could please clean it up. They all look at me as if I was crazy.The girl snatch the cup from the guy and swiped my Ice cream cup with the towel they’re where cleaning there counter.I was like omg…!!!cross contamination I was gonna return it but my husband hates when I say something.If you go just be careful.
