Would give zero stars if I could. Been here several times, and they are always out of flavors. Went on 5/7/24 to redeem a birthday reward, and they said that they couldn't access their system to see the reward. I showed them my email, and they said that they couldn't do it. When I tried to reason with them all the female wiuld say was, "cash or card". They also made several mistakes to my order, including charging us for a large size when giving us a small size. Additionally, the ice cream was not well mixed, and they were very sparring with the toppinga. When I brought it up to the workers, they didn't even apologize. They had to call their manager, who wasn't even there, and just gave me a dollar back. Worst service ever. I'm a regular to coldstone, and the Tuscany (Corona) location is much better in terms of service, selection, and quality of the ice cream. I'd rather drive to that farther location and give my business to them. Not coming back to this one.

I ordered a banana crunch waffle bowl. There was ice cream but no bananas, or waffle bowls. Instead I was given broken waffle pieces. The pieces were stale, some pieces fell on the glass counter and was placed in the mix even after I said, " you can't put that in the mix it fell on the counter". I was charged $9+. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I have been to many locations. You've been warned!

I ordered a huge birthday cake batter & red velvet cake for my nephew’s 16th birthday. March 30th. It’s the same cake we order every year different sizes from cold stone. This time around the cake was horrible. Dry and hard. It tasted like the cake was days old. We were very disappointed and I called and left the message on the managers voicemail and never heard back. I strongly recommend not to order cakes from this cold stone location. Obviously the manager does not care about the customers. I suggest to bring your business to the other location by Edward’s cinema.

Rating this place 5 stars because we walked in and all the staff (about 5) were pleasant and super efficient. They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, even though they were super busy being opening night. Ice cream was great. But the best part was I believe the owner was chillin’ outside and greeting each person that came by. You could just tell he’s a nice person and friendly. I hope this place does very well.
