One of the most inefficient Costco. It lacks technology upgrades even though it is one of the busiest Costco. They need to fix the food court or practice to have supply in advance. More likely management don't listen to staff or the management is old school.

Amazingly incompetent staff.. poor logistics in serving food, lack of operational efficiency, utter failure of communication, DMV style lines that will have you encounter absolute standstills. To top it off, the ambiance feels like you're in line at a food shelter soup kitchen. This is the perfect place to take a person you want to avoid you
More and more like sams club everyday. I left sams club because of how ghetto it was and been with Costco since 2018. Why do I need to check my renewal every time I use self check out? I know when it is, you checked it last week when I used self check out I doubt it changed since dummy. You get checked when you come in, then at self checkout, then when you leave? Lol you ok "check to make sure we didn't over charge you" bs. Checkin to see if I stole $50 worth of stuff -_-You treat your loyal customers like thief's because of few people who try to do shady stuff like steal or share memberships. Relax! You're gonna push people away with these practices. Your employees need a refresher in customer service, Costco isn't what it used to be...

It is what it is.Line is zigzag so don't line up as if it's 1 per counter.Does offer the basics. Just cheese or pepperoni for pizza.

Not sure what's going on at this location but service is terrible went threw self check out and was asked twice if I had paid for the stuff, that I was still scanning. I was looking for it he scanner to scan my water they have a person that scans water for everyone going threw self check out since they do not allow you to scan it ourselves.. I know "SELF CHECKOUT" I ask if he has gun to scan he rudely responded yes and acted like I was stealing the remaining item in the bottom of the basket I said no I'm not done scanning my stuff he turned and walked away, then I put all my things back AFTER I PAYED and was waiting for my mom to finish and agin asked if I payed i showed the receipt and walked away. As we exit the woman checking recipes holds her had out as my mom is getting the receipt and begins to shake her had as if we're wasting her time. Will not return I will go to sam's club after this.
