When I arrived there was a short line almost out the door so my expectations were pretty high. I will say all the staff were super kind and helpful ! The reality… the matcha latte was decent, not the best but not the worst just not quite memorable honestly. I also ordered a wheat bagel with butter (not pictured) the quality of the butter was better than expected but the bagel preparation itself led it to be quite soggy. I’ve been to Crave Coffee and Tea twice now, and both visits have been excellent. This cozy little spot has quickly become a favorite of mine. The drinks are consistently flavorful, thoughtfully crafted, and not overly sweet—which I really appreciate.

Usually a great experience at Crave, been here over a dozen times. However, today Crave did not deliver their usual quality. After asking the barista to adjust the drink, she plain out refused and stated she would “charge to remake the drink”. After explaining that the drink was not up to their usual quality she insisted she would not remake and would charge to adjust or remake.
