I ordered the Paitan ramen and it was delicious. Some of the best service I have ever had as well, everyone is incredibly friendly, kind and made sure I was having a good time. For example, I wanted the Ramen to have a bit of a kick and my server gave me this special chili powder and the siracha I requested; it was delicious! Prices are affordable as well! Overall I would recommend you come here, an amazing time will be had

Food is pedestrian at upscale pricing. The service was decent and the red train roll was tasty, mostly everything else was disappointing. Took my family for lunch and will most likely not be back. Would be better off at a local run of the mill sushi spot and save money.

Tried the bento box and the ramen. The bento box was very good and a lot of food (chicken teriyaki, rice, salad, gyoza, and 4 rolls for $20). The ramen was also really good. Now I have a place to go for good ramen that's close by. Unfortunately, they're not very busy. I hope they stay in business. However, there's no wait.

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. We had our food orders taken shortly after being seated, however most of our food never came out. We received an appetizer and 1 bento box but waited 45 minutes and none of our rolls came out. After asking multiple times, we were told a larger order was placed before us so our food would be out shortly. 15 minutes after that and still nothing came out and no one checked up on us, so we ended up paying for what we ate and leaving for a different restaurant in the plaza. The staff did nothing to compensate the awful service and did not care to remedy anything.
