As far as pizza places go, I think Dominoes is the best national chain. They seem to have better quality ingredients than their competitors. I like this store because they are very fast and the people working their are friendly.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I order from this Domino’s almost every single week and we love this location so much. We will never go anywhere else. The handmade pan pizza is absolute fireee. I usually do pick up and carry out orders but the few times we did a delivery order we had only pleasant experiences. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, the service is always kind and courteous and quick. We love you Domino’s on Magnolia!

My experience with this place has always been good. Every time I pick up my pizzas, I get treated with respect. Today, the manager helped us. Due to me picking up the wrong pizzas, she apologized and right away, re-did my order; she was very friendly and went out of the way to make sure I was a happy customer.

The lady manager is terrible. She was screaming at her coworkers while there were customers in the store. I told one of the workers there she had bad management skills. You can get your point across without having to yell at grown men in front of customers. She has no class at all. She was a very rude woman. The food was delicious. The atmosphere , not so much.

I always love Dominoes who doesn't.. but some things are changing.. and this dominoes doesn't answer the phone 30 minutes before closing... Kinda sad I understand everyone wants to get off on time but.. a job is a job if I can still order up to 15 -30 before closing why not I get off of work late... It's ok but your wings can be better also no hate just a little disappointed

i usually never make reviews of anything but this specific incident was too funny not to share abt.. so i walk in to pick up my order when the guy next to me holding two pizzas asks to return them because of the way it was cut, i thought he was being overdramatic as i didn't see what his pizza actually looked like. i pick up my order, and when i arrive home to see the pizza, i am met with this. i dont know HOW you manage to cut it like this, it tasted okay but jesus christ??? some things are made with love this was made with HATRED

We ordered online at 7:21. Food got here at 8:05. We call the store letting them know the driver did not bring the sauces we paid about 5 dollars for
My fiance calls them and lets them know they forgot the sauces. A guy tells us he’s gonna get the driver to turn around and give us what we paid for.
It is now 8:45 as im making this review. Like actually. What kind of service was this ?
When I called to check and see if the manager had an eta over her own employees she was so quick to say “yeah have a good night “ after telling me the new driver (new driver ? I thought we were getting the original driver to just turn around down the street and give us the sauce ) would be dropping it off in 5 min (not actually tho because it was 15 min since I had called them )
If ur gonna run a business. Maybe don’t be rude. Plenty of people do their job just fine without these issues.also if your gonna continue to advertise. “We’re hiring “ actually hire people who can work. Ur 2nd driver was banging on the door like “an fbi agent “ as put by the whole family in the house. Maybe chill. Take a breather and if you can’t handle pizza delivery. Do something else ? Ur not forced to do this. Do anything else.
I just wanted some dinner after working all day and I couldn’t even enjoy my food

I have recieve extremely poor customer service from Bradley at Domino's Pizza on Hamner in Corona. I ordered three pepperoni pizzas from the phone app we have been usuing for years and got three cheese pizzas. There was only one girl there and she took apprx five minutes to type something in her device. I could see my pizzas just sitting there on the shelf. Then I drove home. They didn't open the box to show me at the store. Which I haven't had an issue like this before. Bradly who is someone in charge there today, 9-15-2024, was extremely rude to me on the phone that took should up another 13 minutes and they listen to this kid on the recording they will here his egregious mistakes. They made me wait a long time at the store. Then I had to wait a long time on the phone. Along with the drive time these pizzas have lost its quality. He said: "go ahead and make a big stink" I just wanted to get three pepperoni pizzas and he was aggregiously bad with customer service. Bad tone, bad manners, extremely bad customer servive. We dropped Pappa John's for bad customer service and we were loyal for decades. We turned to Domino's pizza for the last decade. We've been loyal customers for all these years with them. I don't appreciate Bradley who represents the Domino's corporation or how hard it is to get customer support. My kids wont eat the crap they have now foisted on us so I lost money for three pizzas. He said I can pay for three more. Just being a complete horrible representative of this Domino's tore on Hamner in Corona. He made a series of bad choices. Bad tone, being rude, not even trying to make this right. Horrible attitude. I just wanted to resolve this at the lowest level. I will be vocal on all sorts of social media and in public if we are not made whole. We can't eat these pizzas now with all the time going by in trying to resolve this. This is a very horrible experience. This is the last time I will offer to resolve this at the lowest level. They have bad people representing a comlete bad side of Domino's and I will not tolerate the treatment. And all of you here shouldn't either. No one deserves to be treated like I was. I will be escalating this in every conceivable means with social media and even the media if necessary. Horrible experience with Domino's Pizza on Hamner in Coron!

The customer service here is terrible. The girl at the front Julissa doesn't even know what she's doing. She said my order wasn't placed before even looking for it, then when she found it she canceled it saying the walk in lobby was closed. I didn't order my food through walk in, I used the online app, but she canceled my order even though everything on the app was good. I had already paid and everything was good she was just rude and didn't want to help me at all. I had to feed my kids so I had to do the whole thing all over again and have to pay more for delivery. She is rude and has no business working customer service. She sucks and she makes the restaurant look bad. It took her 10 minutes just to even speak she was on the laptop and completely ignored me the first 10 minutes I walked in there. Terrible customer service Julissa, you suck a big pepperoni and sausage, your the worst.
