Dunkin has the potential to be so good if it wasn’t for the drive thru worker at night. If he’s not seemingly high, he’s extremely out of it, confusing orders and handing out incorrect items. This is the 2nd time we’ve gone and have gotten incorrect items — the first time was far worse, but this time still wrong items handed to us and order details taken incorrectly. We can’t be the only ones who have experienced this.

I went this morning I ordered a decafe ice coffee When I got to work it tasted like black tea and milk. I called and they said she come back and they’ll give me a free coffee. The only issue was I Didn’t have a way back so instead of saying will take your name because I work close by for another drink just to save my receipt or something. They just said oh OK thank you for understanding but very irritated that I spent five dollars on a coffee that wasn’t even made right so I didn’t even get to I love Duncan and they’ve only made a mistake prior to this one now this is just getting ridiculous

I used to like coming here a lot for a donut and coffee. Unfortunately recently their prices for coffee seem to have gone through the roof and the donuts have shrunken to about half their previous size. In the future when I decide I want a coffee and a donut, I'll go to a local non-chain place versus Dunkin due to their prices going up and then shrinking their portions simultaneously.
This is especially crazy as you have to enter your own order on a tablet.

Morning staff is very nice but evening staff is no good we ordered $40 and after 5 minutes they asked ua to leave very bad manners tell your staff to be nice

Donuts are stale, always. I do like that they don't use artificial dyes but in return you get an overly sugary stale donut. Service is not friendly. No smile. Ever. The place is mostly clean except the multiple flies that come in and land on the donuts.

Was traveling back to Texas with my family so we dropped by here but had to go inside since my parents didn’t know what to order. Normally I don’t like to go into Dunkin’s because most Dunkin staff in Texas are rude but the staff here amazed me! They were so kind and so patient with my parents as they figured out what to order. They even gave them some samples so they’d be able to decide better. Top quality service! If this is the service that some of the other reviewers are complaining about then don’t go to Texas cause the staff here is truly incredible compared to the Dunkin’s in my hometown. Thank you for fueling our road trip with not just coffee but with kindness :)

Every time I enter this location, I have high hopes but always get let down. I always imagine they would be something similar to locations I used to visit on the East Coast, but I’m always left with this disappointment. Every single time I order a dozen donuts, they always don’t have something that I ordered and i’m always forced to substitute. This is a clear indicator that this business does not do so well and clearly it makes sense. There are many other donut shops that have higher quality donuts, priced more effectively and are actually made of better quality. When you take a donut from Dunkin’ Donuts and compare it to an actual size donut it’s looks super tiny and cost double the price. This is the last time I go to Dunkin donuts, I have to stop thinking that there anything like they are on the East Coast.
July 5 on a Sunday and it’s not busy at all and I have plenty of staff because it’s like six people working with no business and they still can’t make a drink right
