Everything is always great when I come to the Norco location. Please cashiers there are always kind and courteous. The food is always fresh and hot, and the seating area is always kept clean. 5 stars!

This place must be under new management/ownership. We'd given up on this branch years ago - chicken was tiny and burnt, and they were out of stock of everything.Fast forward, I've been there twice recently - the chicken is perfectly cooked and everything is delicious. So glad to have our El Pollo Loco back.

This is one of the cleanest el pollo locations I have been too. The staff is super friendly and they are so welcoming. My food and service was great and most importantly delicious! I will be returning!
