Great food at reasonable prices. The only thing I've noticed that this year they have been very cheap with sauces and salsa. They make us pay for extra salsa when we were only asking for 1 salsa per food item, but they insisted only charging for 4 extra salsa on a 9 items order. Considering how much they've raised their prices, it feels like you're not getting a fast food price anymore and you get nicked and dimed a little too much in my opinion. For a family of 8 it was $90 plus extra for 4 extra salsa. Not sure if it's all locations or just our local one that's doing this. We used to go weekly but now that it's much higher priced, we go maybe 1 or twice every couple of months.

Went through the drive through on 11/20/25 around 4pm. I ordered a salsa verde quesadilla combo. When I got home, and bit into the quesadilla, there was a hair in it it 👎

Came here at opening time to order chicken no sides was the first customer in line at the time I was told they had no chicken ready and I didn’t mind waiting but I was here waiting for my order patiently. About 2 customer came in the store after me ordering family packs they got their food way before I did including about 6 to 7 cars in the drive thru most with meals as well. I complained about it and the young lady ringing the drive through had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for placing my order online. What!? That was absolutely ridiculous to say that someone need to have a word with her about proper customer service. Absolutely absurd and unacceptable.

Today the portions were weird my taco was double fried with a second tortilla, and the combo plate had what look liked a frog leg with no meat its like why bother serving that wing?? *see attached images the service was ok not too friendly its like they see you at the counter having a question ?…but they act like they don’t see you, its like com’on Q: to management why do they feel they have to police the dressing? my combo came with two of everything so why not an extra dressing ??. The new open space is not that welcoming as before now its very blan and boring sad face …also can you ask management to turn the music up why is it so quite in a dinning restaurant its like make it fun and Inviting atmosphere it is a restaurant after all . The food was great!! but is the the details that bring the score way down.
