I waited over 15 minutes for an order that had been seating on a counter halfway, it seemed like the employees were concentrated in their conversation and they noticed mistakes were made and laugh at them without worrying about customers waiting.

I like the DT service and the food but dinning area is a mess

I've known a lot of the staff for years while working in the city. The food is always great but I do miss the BBQ beans, french fries and salsa bar. Just outstanding though!!!

Food is always great. But the to go service could be better. This last visit I stood at the counter and no one asked to help me. Mine was the only to go sitting in front of me. I had to get someone's attention to get my food. This is my normal experience. But again, the food is great so I keep coming back.
