This place has gone down hill! They've raised their prices and the food is awful!!! The chicken enchilada was filled with onion and barely any chicken. The green enchilada sauce was completely tasteless. The torture that my husband ordered barely had any meat net and it was tasteless.

El Ranchito Taco Shop has some delicious food options! The breakfast burritos is what we love to get and are definitely worth trying. However, the customer service has been consistently unfriendly during my visits. The staff at the front counter seem uninterested in providing a welcoming experience. Hopefully, they can work on improving their service to match the quality of their food.

The quality of their food is poor. I ordered the carne asada torta and the meat was grey, the sandwich was cold, the lettuce was wilted and yellow. The flautas were smothered in sour cream. The sour cream took away the flavor of the flautas. I’m being real here. It clearly shows that they don’t care what is being served to people. I wish this place all the best. Hopefully they make some improvements to their menu.

Very disappointed
Expensive and small portions...
I bought a california burrito and was unsatisfied
Too Bad, because i live close by and am in this shopping center all the time
Love this place, go at least once a week. Haven't gotten anything that wasn't good.

Their surf and Cali burritos are awesome. Carne asada is good quality and shrimp and sauce is top notch. The girls at the counter are EXTREMELY friendly and they go out of their way to help you enjoy your experience. Though not a large restaurant there is plenty of seating and the bathrooms are immaculate!!

ok service
Went for dinner with 2 kids, hubby and my dad. Kinda pricy but from the get go, was not very good. Cashier charged us, then said we didn't pay for drinks. Our receipt showed we paid for 3 drinks. They couldn't figure it out but did the refund. Then, forgot a plate for my kid, enchiladas. The cook thre it together a slapped on the cheese, not melted, cold beans and cold mound of cheese. Daughter looked confused. She didn't eat much because it was so much cheese. I didn't want to take it back to not cause more trouble. Small portions for the price and the food wasn't great.
Alright, fellow taco hunters—file this one under “pleasant surprises.”
I dropped into this unassuming taco shop in Corona yesterday and walked out full, happy, and just a little emotionally confused. Why? Because for a few glorious bites, I thought I was back at Tito’s Tacos. Seriously.
Now let’s be clear—these tacos aren’t exactly Tito’s. There’s no cold cheese avalanche or crisp lettuce bed riding shotgun. But the shell? Crispy, golden, nostalgic perfection. The meat? Seasoned just right, no weird fillers or mystery textures. I’m not saying it is Tito’s… but I am saying it’s the closest thing I’ve found without driving to Culver City.
⚠️ Salsa Warning ⚠️
This is important: the salsa that looks like Tito’s salsa? IT IS A TRAP. 🔥 One big mouthful and my soul briefly left my body. It’s tasty, don’t get me wrong—but it comes in hot like it’s got something to prove. Respect the red. Sample small.
I also had a burrito, and yeah—it slapped. No notes.
If you’re craving that crispy taco nostalgia and want to avoid the 91-to-the-405 pain, this place delivers.
Good tacos delicious, taco Tuesday great price and flavor clean and nice service, bathrooms clean.
