Great service, great food and great communication. My wife and I enjoy the food as we meal prep every week. Price is reasonable for those who meal prep and youhave options for the meals. My wife and I can't do this every week but when we can we do order at least twice a month that gives us a break from behind the kitchen. I recommend so many dishes to try as I will keep coming back.

The meals are fresh, taste delicious, and I love the option to pick up the order. Super convenient! I also like that it is not on auto subscribe. I have been using them for awhile now and great customer service with delivery and food is always fresh. They do all the work for you by providing the calories and macros for each dish. I love how every week there’s a new menu and the food is actually pretty good, obviously some dishes are better than others but you can obviously see how much they care by the handling and making of the food. Definitely would recommend this place.

I love Fit 4U Meal Prep! I have been ordering from this business since before the pandemic and the meals have always been consistently good. These meals taste so good that it makes dieting very easy and I lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks without having to put much effort in my weight loss journey. The meals are filling and are always cooked perfectly. I love that the meals are cooked fresh every week, that they are not frozen, and that there is a new menu every week. My favorites are the chicken pesto pasta, chicken and gravy, the pancake with yogurt, and the black bean turkey fajita bowl.
Dave and Fit4U Meal Prep are amazing! My dad needed to start having dinners delivered for him. I contacted Fit4U to see if they could help and they responded right away! Dave answered all the questions I had to get my dad set up! Online ordering is easy, the food is delicious and very reasonably priced and delivered right to my dad’s house. Thank you so SO much!

Good spot to get your meal prep for the week. I was getting meals from a delivery service before but I had to cook them myself. I decided i wanted to try this spot so i vould take good meals with me to work as well. So far its been great I am very happy. Menu changes each week and I am not a picky eater so I have really enjoyed each meal I have had so far! Also I think it is priced reasonable too.
