They get the order wrong just about every time we order for delivery. Especially forgetting drinks, our driver even asked if we had drinks in the order and apparently they told him no and didn’t give him anything. Don’t order delivery here if you want your order correct and get what you paid for.

This is my local Flame Broiler. I usually walk in but today I was on my way home from work, stuck in traffic, tired and did not want to get home and cook for everyone. I called in my order the girl I spoke to was very pleasant. I actually arrived a few minutes early and was greeted warmly , told her my name and she handed me my order. It was hot and ready!The food was very good as usual. Just another good experience with Flame Broiler

I ordered the regular chicken bowl by phone for pick up and I specifically told the girl that I wanted the magic sauce all over. Well I got the food ( I didn't pick it up someone did tell pick up for me) and there was NO magic sauce. The rice was a little hard in spots and very dry. The chicken was also dry. I have ordered from here many times but never been thi disappointed.

There is absolutely no point to use Mobile Pick Up at this location. When you place the order, it gives you a time that it will be ready. They don't start cooking your order until you get there (regardless of what time you get there or what time your order is supposed to be ready). And if there's a lot of people their like during lunch time. Your order gets placed in line with all those who are currently ordering. this is the only flame broiler to do this. the food is great though.

Get the brown rice, chicken with veggies. They have three new sauces you can try as well… really tasty, spicy, Unami. I wish there was one closer to my home.

The girl was too busy texting on her phone at the cash register taking my order. I ordered a chicken vegetable and I got a complete different order I got chicken and white rice when I ordered Brown rice, no veggies. She seemed annoyed to fix her mistake.

My wife and I stopped in on Sunday night at 7:45 for a quick bite. We wanted to dine in but all the chairs were up on the tables. I asked what time they closed and they said 9 PM. This seems a little early to close the dining room. Where has customer service gone???
