I spent about $60 on donuts and drinks here, and unfortunately one of the coffees I received (Vietnamese coffee) was burnt and completely undrinkable. (Burnt bottom of the pot taste) When I called the shop to let them know, I was told they ‘don’t do refunds’ and that nothing could be done.

This isn’t about personal taste—it’s about basic product quality and customer service. A business should stand behind what they serve and at least offer a replacement when something is clearly not right. The dismissive response “because you don’t like it” vs. product quality/something that can’t be consumed, left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. The owner, an older lady, specifically stated and said “i don’t order drinks and ask for refunds, I’ve sold a lot of these and noones complained”. I didn’t mind a replacement.

I really wanted to enjoy my order, i was really excited to get my family doughnuts, i saw this was close by with good reviews, but the way this situation was handled the lack of customer service, makes me hesitant to return or recommend this place.

Can’t say enough about foothill donuts they always come through on whatever your getting. I order late and they still get it for me .. donuts are great … try the vanilla bars … thank you again..

Friendly staff, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. Great variety of doughnuts and they’re FRESH! The price is reasonable as well. This is my new go to spot for doughnuts 😊

I got my sweet reward before my hike on Jan 4th. I ordered a Blueberry Donut & Vegan Chocolate Donut. I like how this is a clean & new donut shop that has been open for a while. I am glad I gave it a chance. I will definitely keep stopping by from time to time to get different donuts or these two that I tried. Thank you for offering Vegan & and Gluten-free and other flavor donuts. 😋

Delicious donuts

Foothill catered for our event and it was absolutely perfect! We did a mix of scones, muffins, donuts and danishes (over 100 pastries total) and they did a wonderful job. Everything was super fresh and tasty, it was ready on time and the staff were very helpful and kind. Thank you! Highly recommend this small but mighty shop.

Our church serves these delicious donuts every Sunday fresh, they even made special order pumpkin donut holes for Fall event. Very Kind and we at The Bridge Church are thankful for their service. Highly recommend you try them out.

Local Donuts. Cake and Yeast donuts are excellent along with their plain glaze! 6 large and sizeable donuts only for $8.5 is great! Will be returning quick!!
