I was looking for a substitute for El Pollo Loco just to see if it was any better so I decided to try for the first time today. The service was quick, the food was tasty, hot and fresh but overall I wouldn't say it was better or worse than El Pollo Loco. Just different. I was at the michoacan for a stawberry water when suddenly, I spotted Fuego 360. I was not hungary but I am a foodie, so my instincts sprung into action.... I walked in the place and ordered a full bird to go! The place was clean, service was great, and chicken was perfectly seasoned and tinder enough to fall off the bone. Just like the terminator, I will, in-fact, be back!

Definitely recommend this place! Super friendly staff. Since it was my first time there the cashier helped me choose what was the most popular items. The chicken is juicy and has amazing flavors! It's not dried like the other places. I got chicken with beans and potatoes salad. I recommend you order the garlic sauce too! It's chef"s kiss yo complete your plate. I also recommend the chicken nachos! They are more than generous with the portion food.
