I brought my family here for a birthday celebration last week. This was their first KBBQ experience and I am sad to say I was very disappointed with our service. Once we were seated it took about 20 minutes for us to get water. When our server arrived, he didn’t care to explain how ordering worked which was frustrating for my family. The food was good.

Went to Gen today and just wanted to give a big shout out to Dylan and Ester. I was so impressed by how great of service and how much of a hard worker Dylan was. I will come back just because of the service we received from Dylan. Ester was a great and sweet manager.
