We eat here often and it never disappoints! We do a phone order about 60% of the time on a lazy Friday night, but love going in as well. I have not had a roll that I didn't like. Hikiro is our fave. Their spicy garlic edemame is excellent and the customer service is always very pleasant!

came at 1pm on a Saturday and it was very nice! not very many people and a lovely interior. we ordered two yakitori and some rolls. good selection for very affordable prices per roll! our server was also very attentive and prompt. would definitely come again maybe to try the coffee or the shaved ice! the menu has a lot of options.

The service and atmosphere were really nice. From the photo, we got spam musubi, gyoza, and shrimp tempura roll, and then a baked salmon roll (not pictured).

The gyoza and musubi were really good, the shrimp tempura were a little too oily. The baked salmon roll was drenched in sauce that it did not make it appetizing, and the salmon was chewy and did not look/taste cooked.

Real Neat atmosphere that seems to have potential for a bar! Huge 84oz draft beer was $26 for Sapporo! Sushi rolls are all about $10-$12 EACH! Great deal, great portions, and the yakitori grilled pineapple was great!

The food was actually delicious, but the cleanliness is a big concern. We saw a huge cockroach on the floor — it looked like one of those giant ones, possibly from the kitchen area. After that, it completely ruined the experience. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Monday 12:30. One waiter, 6 tables (14 people). Waiter was overwhelmed. Couldn't answer phone, or get food promptly when bell rang. You need two waiters for lunch. Waited over 20 mins for my appetizer. Appetizer never came. Walked out.

Been coming here for just about a year now . The food is always so fresh and amazing. Pricing so affordable we always order more than we can eat . Adrian is so attentive and friendly , place wouldn’t be the same without his effort or kindness .

So the food is good, but I have a couple gripes about this place. It has nothing to do with their dine in experience, just their take out.

First, is their food availability. They are out of beef, and teriyaki bowls so much. I’d say half the time I’ve tried to order they are out.

Second is payment. I pay with Apple Pay and cash. I’m a relatively picky eater so I don’t like ordering online as I like to be specific about what I want. If I’m buying an $18 bowl of beef and rice, I think I have the right to have it my way. There are so many places I can call in to order, and don’t require payment ahead of time. I have a baby so I don’t ever dine in, and I’m just trying to order as quickly as possible. They require payment ahead of time. It’s super frustrating because I have cash and would like to pay cash. But they just won’t work with me on it. I’m a creature of habit. If I like something, I eat it all the time. I’d order from this place at least twice a week if both of these issues weren’t a thing. I’m sure the dine in experience is great. Everytime I talk to them when I pick the food up they are kind, so it’s got nothing to do with the staff and the food tastes good.
