I'm never disappointed when I stop here when I come down the hill from Pahrump. The food and service are always top-notch. Parking/ drive-thru can be hectic, so I opt to walk in and order if I can.
I have been eating at In&Out since the 1980's. The food is always incredible. This trip the food was there but not the usual incredible. The bun was burnt, the meat patties were overcooked, near no lettuce, animal style was just not on the burger. It was a let down for me. Most would say come again tomorrow, I can't. I live in Florida and am usually only here once a year if even that.
