Terrible service! They keep you waiting, just staring at you without even saying hello. There's a woman with glasses, I think she's the manager, who has a very bad attitude. I waited more than 25 minutes to be served, and she couldn't even manage to greet me. I don't understand why such an unpleasant person is working in customer service.

I read a review about someone only coming to this one specifically because the food always turns out great.
Last week I tried this location and my food was cooked way better than the one on 6th and the one on Ontario. I thought it was just a coincidence.
So, I really wanted to try it again and confirm the quality of the food a few days ago to see if the food was actually that consistent but when I arrived around 11:45PM/11:50PM, the lights were off and it looked closed.
Went to the one on 6th since they were open and ordered the exact same thing and paid $3 more and instead of 7 piece jalapeño poppers, they gave me 5.
I was a bit let down when I saw this place closed and was let even more down after paying more $ and receiving the wrong order…all because this location closed and turned off their lights before the posted hours.
I’m considering avoiding this place overall.
Edit: I went one more time to give them another chance and they forgot my 2 tacos, lol.

I was there about 530 p.m Wednesday ifelt very disrespected by the young girl that took my order skinny girl in a braid with glasses Hispanic gave me attitude when I was asking about how the app worked for the promotions and she responded with a rude tone and made me feel like I was bothering her and I ordered 6 big sandwiches and I asked for six ranches and she responded by saying I can't give you more than four that's our policy and I asked even if I buy it and she gave me attitude again and I said can I buy them and she ignored me threw four ranch dressings in my bag and I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. Im mean if you dislike your job you don't have too take it out on me, plus I've been going too this jack in the box since 2006 and I've never had a problem with anything or anyone but this young girl made me not want too return here again.

They provide great service, but sometimes they make you wait around to either serve you or to just to make an order. Also OK location, but inside it's MESSY and UNCLEANED, at times. Inside the women's restroom, they NEVER have paper towels to dry your hands!
The person who helped me had an angry face, when I asked him if they accepted EBT he told me no, and he looked at me with contempt, as if he thought he was superior.

So it's Jack's place. I mean there is lots to like. But I was just introduced to the egg rolls! OMG! Yes, I am on the late shirt bus, thank you! They are soooo good. They are up there with a NY egg roll. That's saying a lot. So yeah, if you haven't tried them, do so. Other than that, the service was good. The drive thru server was nice and friendly!
Vegetarian options: There are options of your vegetarian. The egg rolls are the perfect item of you're vegetarian.
