there food was extra oil and stained my clothes the bags seeped through of the tacos I ordered they were polite but it was just not what I expected. sad how they did not care to give me a bag with oil food with the economy today being as bad as it is I threw away the foo. and didn't even bother to go back due to the lack of customer servic.

I've gone here once or twice in the day time, the food is good. I used to go at night, until fairly recently when they hired this new lady, she flat out REFUSED to make the food at like 11pm in the drive thru. I sat and waited, I called the place, no answer after four calls. I drive up to the window, all the lights are on, and there's clearly someone in there. And then this lady comes up to the window, opens it, and says "I'm not gonna make any food. Go away" the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to at a fast food place. This has happened 4 separate times in the past couple months. Google says 24 hour drive thru. The signs outside say 24 hour drive thru. THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW SAYS 24 HOUR DRIVE THRU. 0/5 stars, don't go here, especially at night.
My daughter stopped by last Thursday at 11:30pm to buy food. My burgers were very ugly. The meat was dry and the chicken was cold. It is a shame to pay for something that is of no use. All of this is very bad. My daughter did eat. your burger but if you get sick the cooks have to have good training because it is a very big responsibility ????

Came here past midnight 10/17/23 at 2:03am to do a Uber eats delivery. No one answered the drive through and wasted my time as a driver to come here just for nothing. Seems like there employees are just sitting in the back doing nothing. No one answered the phone or anything. Horrible service considering this place is supposed to be open 24/7. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AS A DRIVER.

This place sucks. They always mess up your order. I ordered terriaki bowl and they gave me the bowl with cold ass veggies wasnt even cooked or microwaved. We always have to drive back to this place to get our order right.

We are currently here eating , the drive through girl has amazing service very attentive sucks she has to work drive through and front when she has a crew leader who just stands there at the drop station waiting for things to be done. the crew leader also saw me standing there for 10 min not once acknowledged me asked if iv been helped just seen me standing there and continued to stand at the drop station waiting for things to be done i think the employee who was working the drive through should be crew leader because wow the customer service is different! the guy working back also just smirked at my fiancé for asking for ranch. the crew leader and him both looked at each other like is he talking to us like uhm hello yes you both work here right and of course no name tags so i cant place names in this terrible review.
