Worst waiting time for any drive thru. 20 minutes waiting for food is unacceptable for any fast food restaurant. Then the supervisor Stephanie was very rude and cursing at me because I complained about the waiting time and did not purchase the meal. Won't ever be going back or recommend this jack N the box establishment. I would be contacting corporate

Had to leave a review. Carlos took my drive thru order. He has a great personality, very courteous and radiates such positive vibes. In a time where you're spending $15-20 for a fast food meal. The last thing you want is mediocre service. This guy is a 10.

Gotta give it up to the drive-thru worker named Mike. Very professional!... which nowadays, it's not very common in fast food places. He was multi-tasking and kept his cool without any attitude. Amazing job!??
this was my go to jack in the box but now that i found a piece of plastic INSIDE my taco i don’t think i’ll return

Came here on a August 18th at 2:40am in the morning in the drive thru and they had closed the register. The working hours are until 3:30 am. I had to go somewhere else. The person at the speaker gave me a just a blunt answer "WE CLOSED the REGISTER"
