Staffs need to pay more attention to the customer and their needs. Personal conversation can occur after serving the customer because they paid for their meal. Please keep the price affordable as everyone is hurting by Bad Economic and inflation during the difficult times, 2024.

I get it if you don’t like or job, but why are they not wearing gloves? This girl was literally touching all food and stove handles. Absolutely disgusting. Who the manager ? Probably be doing the same thing. Never again. It’s not that hard, literally first thing they tell you when you get hired! WEAR GLOVES!!!!!!

They need to hire more competent workers. Or people that know how to read.Its an online order, and you still can't get it right. I have to go in 2 twice for them to get my order correct. On top of that I had to drive all the way home just to come back. What's the point of ordering online if they can't get the order correct.??

Had a really horrible experience at this Jack in the box today. In between my sons Travel basketball game today we decided to go to the Jack-in-the-Box that I've been to many times before and never had a bad experience until today. My family and I went into the Jack in Box and ordered the Manager that took our order seemed like he wasn't having a good day kind of rushing my order but I didn't pay it any mind. After we ordered I asked for 4 water cups he looked at me reluctant like I shouldn't be asking for water cups . As I give my family the water cups the manager walked from around the counter folded his arms and proceeded to watch us as we headed to the machine. I notice this, so I decided to turn around and say something as I felt he thought my family should be watched made us really uncomfortable. I asked him why was he staring at us what was the problem? He said I'm just doing my job then I asked is your job to stare at your customer as they get water from the self serve machine, he said yes to make sure you get water, this made me upset but never did I loose my cool. I told him "does he watch every one like that" (or is it just because we're black in my head) I hate to feel someone is racist but that's exactly the feeling I got. I felt I was being stereotyped over a water cup. I told him we were getting water which we did. I asked for the manager he said he was the Manager then I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me he asked my name, and I stated it; Then said who are you I said I'm a customer that's being mistreated for no reason. I asked for his name again he refused he asked why do you want my name I told him so I could let corporate know how he treats his customers he refused again. Then he grabs his phone and said do you want me to call the police! I said for what we don't need to waste emergency services for nothing. This is we're my feeling of him being racist became stronger like why would you try to call the police because I feel mistreated it was more like a threat I guess because I'm black I should be scared of the police. Then he proceeds to make things worst and ask do I need money or do I need a free drink I told him so you think I'm poor because my family wanted water, "no I don't need a free drink I wanted water and I shouldn't be watched because of it" I said to the manager. Then this is we're I called him out on his racist stereotypical comments. So you think I'm going to steal soda in a water cup because I'm black so you think I'm poor? I told him he shouldn't be racist and treat ppl like thieves because of the color of their skin. I told him I would pray for him and got my food and we sat down and ate. As we ate he kept watching us then he opened the soda machine so we couldn't get more water, so the I went to the gas station that the Jack in the Box is connected to and bought 2 waters then finished up our food. I've been in corona since 1998 and never been treated this bad in my own community. I will never go back their and I hope that Manager will not treat his customers like he did my family and I.

My order is always wrong and asked them so nicely to make sure they had it correctly as the last few times it was wrong and sure enough still wrong. Always empty dining room and so many employees and it’s always wrong. I was a shift manager at jack for 4 years and I will not be coming back here. Have to go way out of my way now if I want jack. Only employee that should be managing the place is carlos. So friendly and makes sure everything is correct if he is not there that place would probably not survive if service like this continues.
