Sadly this Jack in the Box is disappointing 2 nd time we have ordered at night on the app The condiments are never there. The soda has no taste. The food is cold I cannot get my opinion based on Service because I am myself. I’m not picked up our order. but the night crew needs to do better if you are out of condiments, whatever it is you need to address it to the customer from the beginning so that they are aware of it i doubt I will be coming back

This place is average for fast food, but whatever you do, don't order food inside as it takes at least 30 mins to receive your food. Go through the drive thru; even with a long line, you'll get your food faster.
