Worst experience of my life.Was munching away almost done when I actually looked at my food. Egg looks moldy. I threw up everything. Made a bad day far worse than it already was.On top of that the store manager refused to refund the hashborwn and orange juice. Only wanted to refund the sandwiches. With such poor quality you would think they'd try and go above and beyond to make up for the threat to my health.

I do have to update my review of this store.I actually went inside to pick up a mobile order this week. The gal who was working the counter seemed like I was an inconvenience to her trying to make fries. I told her that I was in to pick up my order and she walked away from me and didn't even acknowledge that I said anything to her. She asked another employee if my order was ready and went back to making fries. The person who got my order just put it on the counter and walked away without saying a single word to me.Again, this is the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to.This is one of the worst Jack in the Boxes I have ever been to. Every time I go there, no matter what time it is, they are out of something on my order. Last time it was the spicy chicken wraps. I have yet to go there and get a complete order. And the staff seems to not care.
I had a terrible experience at this Jack in the Box. I ordered online for a pickup, but when I arrived, the door was locked. I had to walk through the drive-thru to get my food. They acted like that was the only option, even though it was not on the website. They also messed up my sauce order. I asked for one of each sauce, but they gave me duplicates. They were incompetent and rude. I have never been treated so poorly at a Jack in the Box. I will never go back there again. I just had this experience so it's fresh on my mind if anybody wants to ask me follow up questions I'm open to that

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Graveyard shift is always high and never giving out accurate orders! I had to wait at the window or 10mins for an order of egg rolls and small curly fry. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE! Horrible staff and management!
Slowest drive through. Food is not ready and you have to pull aside and wait. Wrong drinks. Had to walk in to get food after waiting 17 minutes.
