Went there tonight at 940pm after a 13 hour work day. Had a box truck so couldn’t use the drive through. The dining room apparently closes at 10pm but the doors were locked. They ignored my knocking. Chipotle it is.

Service when I walked in was EXTREMELY slow. I was the only one in there and they STILL made me wait just to take my order. The sandwich was cold when THEY FINALLY gave it to me 15 min later. And the restroom was dirty with no paper towels. For the area that this is in...the manager needs to to BETTER!!!

27 dollars to feed my 2 six year old grandchildren... nobody to take my order had to use a kiosk because the only 2 people working were doing drive thru... 1 cook 1 order person... very disappointed and felt sorry for those 2 girls. Bad management is what I saw.

I'm wondering why the sodas are coming in a off brand cup! The cup is smaller and I think as a franchise they should all be the same! Most all of the other Jack in the box in the area do not do this there's only two of them in Ontario I'm assuming her own by the same owner. I just want to say that it looks really cheap and tacky to do something like this! Everything else is fine at this restaurant great employee. I just feel that should comply with your franchise.. this will not save you any money because people think you're cheap and they won't come here anymore!

1st time last time ? Two breakfast combos with O.J. and coffee. asked... to switch hash brown for curly fries. No I cannot " you already paid"
them no if we cancel order, then no again if i pay the difference. No offer , no try a small fry exchange nothing, damn. Seems they refuse ? and don't care either way.
