These 2 years I been going to eat inside of Jack in the Box, has been very nice and comfortable with respectful workers. My meal is always fresh and great! The last couple times I had to deal with 2 street people that filled there bottles with sodas and being in the restroom to long and asking for a meal and money outside and inside as I'm eating and leaving. I'm sure it'll be addressed so I can always inform my family and friends this fast food restaurant is a top shelf rating. Sorry for the bumbs near our Corona JACK in the BOX....

I've never had any issues with this location in the past 10 years that I come to this specific jack in the box but today was just not it. First the lady at drive through told me she wasn't going to change my drink as I chose a dr pepper and tea online but let me say that it doesn't give all the drink options so I told her and she said still can't change it. Well I informed her it's not my fault and they need to fix that on their end. Secondly I ordered the 2 jack combo online and they didn't put cheese on either of them and it specifies that it comes with cheese. Going back to the drink issue the lady stated It's my responsibility to call them and let them know the drink I want but no where on the app does it say CALL STORE TO CHANGE YOUR DRINK. They need to take it up with upper management or whomever takes care of the online ordering.

Placed mobile order for pick up. Got to store and was told they couldn’t fulfill half the order. Said they couldn’t refund and I’d have to use the app/web. I’ve filed 3 forms now about this order and have not received any response or refund. $35 down the drain is insane.

I dislike this location so much that I try to avoid it at all costs. Unfortunately, we sometimes get out of hockey very late, and this location is near our home. It seems like the workers either get in trouble for selling too many ranch or it must come out of their paycheck. I am always willing to pay for extra ranch, but the lady at the drive-thru window always acts like they are very limited.
I will definitely not be coming back to this location. I'd rather eat a cup noodle soup next time.

I was here on October 2 at the night shift. And Yolanda went above and beyond to make our experience great! She was patient with us trying to order! She deserves a raise!!! Yolanda if you read this I appreciate you and how kind you were to us!!!!! All the other staff was amazing as well!!

Out of all the Jack in the Box locations I’ve been to in Corona this one is the worst. Customer service is terrible, food is always greasy. It’s understandable that there’s a fee for extra sauces but one or two should be included with a paid order… oh and they have to give you your ice from the drive thru because the ice machine in the dining area never has any. This location is poorly managed and needs to do better! I’ll stick to the one in Norco on River Rd. They have it together, always nice, food is fresh, they don’t mind giving you a few sauces with your order and they have ice that you can get yourself.
