I arrived at the drive-through around 3:45 a.m. and was informed that their systems were down, preventing me from taking my order. I explained to the employee, Ashley, that the systems would reboot at 4 a.m., but she insisted denying service and instead proceed too count out their registers. I clarified that I wasn’t paying with cash, but she continued to deny me service. When I mentioned that I was paying with a card, she started explaining that they couldn’t take my order. Despite my clarification, she remained adamant in her refusal.

The manager really needs to fix the drive thru fan. It’s so loud you can’t hear anything the workers say. Poor guys have to listen to it all day and night.

Very dirty, bathroom filthy no toilet papers. Tables , floor not clean. We order dine in and decided to go. Sooooo filthy. Owner should pay attention to employees hired. They don't care. You will loose business

I had mobile ordered tacos for a meeting and was told when I arrived that they weren’t going to be making them. I couldn’t cancel through app and they refused to cancel the order. I had lost over $40 that I never received back. Contacted support over app and never received a response.

Manager was very rude, she was out of line. my friend and I where just having a conversation and chilling. She asked if we had a question and said it's uncomfortable. Shes a piece of work. Free country look around. Take my service elsewhere. And now giving others customers bad attitude

Coming home from Disney at 1030, usual JitB line, seemed like the cashier/ order taker was the only one working. Feel sad for the hard working employees, but they were absolutely super apologetic about the wait and as a customer service person myself I completely understand.
Food was bomb though and made up for it.
Jack, please try to put the fast back in fast food.

Really gone downhill. The amount of times I have been held hostage in this drive-thru at night for 40+ minutes is embarrassing.i avoid this place after sundown like the plague

I'm giving this store 5 stars because the customer service was great after doordash messed up our order experience employee Ashley and Elvia where amazon they are dedicated to giving great customers service and quality by making sure our food was fresh I appreciate workers like them they both deserve higher pay

I am a truck driver. It was Friday, so I had a very long day dealing with traffic. it is now 1:45 am of Saturday, and I am getting ready to finally rest up. Stop to grab a bite and finally sleep with a full stomach. I walked to the window, and just like that, they told me they couldn't serve me. I explained to them I was driving a big truck and I was getting ready to finish up and just wanted to grab a bite to finally sleep, but again, they told me they can't help me. Now I have to go to sleep with an empty stomach and very upset. ?
