called in my order at 3:05 said itd be a 10-15 min wait so i came in 15 min after waiting in my car to them not even started my order multiple people coming in after my call and getting their order before me i came here to get a quick protein shake right after working out but thats beats me because i couldve had a meal already at this point. (just got my shake after 35 min EXTREMELY THICK) do better

Tonight I came in with my husband and son. We ordered a strawberries wild and a peanut butter moo'd. The place was packed and only had 1 worker by the name of Victoria. Victoria did AMAZING being in her circumstance. She kindly advised us it was going to be a long wait as she was alone. We understood and let her know we'd take a walk around the area and would come back to ease the pressure she was under. Once we circled back our order was ready and it brought delight seeing other customers were patient and also kind to her as she was working her tail off too quickly and efficiently get our orders out. Thank you Victoria!

I came for a acai bowl and I wanted a large well looks like they don’t know how to make bowls here . Never coming back looked like someone ate half of my bowl. For what they charge and they don’t even fill it up is ridiculous .i already made a review and all they offered was a free smoothie . I’ll just stick to juice it up from now on. This place is a rip off and can’t even get it full .

It’s a Sunday morning at 11am and there is only 1 person working. One person waiting for an order and 5 of us waiting in line. She was moving so slow. The bathrooms were atrocious. I say that as a mom of 4 boys. There was paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor and the toilets didn’t look like they had been cleaned in at least 2+ weeks. As a brunch food place on the weekend in a busy shopping center I would have expected more people to make sure it’s all top notch. Very disappointed by the lack of care of this food place.

I came here for the first time in years and honestly I should’ve stayed away. Vicente definitely doesn’t want to work and it shows, when me and my partner walked in he had us standing there with zero acknowledgment for about 7 minutes. Zero customer service and the smoothie was mediocre at best.

We love Jamba Juice normally but theTuscany store decided to close early (9:40)on a Saturday night. We came in and he turned us away and another couple came right behind us. If hours are posted they should stick with them or change the hours on the website. Especially on the weekends. I assume they were getting paid till the posted hours.
