going to give this place a one star because a very rude.Employee by The name Jessica helped us out tonight and she was very rude not very helpful and had an attitude. very bad customer service won’t be going back
It’s a Sunday morning at 11am and there is only 1 person working. One person waiting for an order and 5 of us waiting in line. She was moving so slow. The bathrooms were atrocious. I say that as a mom of 4 boys. There was paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor and the toilets didn’t look like they had been cleaned in at least 2+ weeks. As a brunch food place on the weekend in a busy shopping center I would have expected more people to make sure it’s all top notch. Very disappointed by the lack of care of this food place.

Great energy at that store, after the new management, great menu and value.
We used to cater 150 smoothies and they didn’t disappoint us thank you for the great service Jamba.

I came here for the first time in years and honestly I should’ve stayed away. Vicente definitely doesn’t want to work and it shows, when me and my partner walked in he had us standing there with zero acknowledgment for about 7 minutes. Zero customer service and the smoothie was mediocre at best.

We love Jamba Juice normally but theTuscany store decided to close early (9:40)on a Saturday night. We came in and he turned us away and another couple came right behind us. If hours are posted they should stick with them or change the hours on the website. Especially on the weekends. I assume they were getting paid till the posted hours.

Total disappointment. I went there to get a smoothie, and the employee who made it did not wear a hairnet, and scratched his head while making it. Then the man who checked us out did not wash his hands after using the cash register and went and helped make my drink. After the first sip of the smoothie, I found a hair in it. We went back immediately to ask for a refund, and they were so dumb that they could not figure out how to give a person a $7 refund! It took a call to their manager to get it, and they clearly couldn't care less. I am NEVER going back to that Jamba Juice ever again.
If you can choose any other Jamba Juice, you should. I brought my daughter here for a drink. The cashier didn't wash his hands after handling the cash at the register and started making the drink. The other employee who assisted in making the drink was scratching his head. Neither employee was wearing a hair net. With the first sip my daughter took, there was a hair in it.
We immediately went back and asked for a refund. They tried to say that refunds were only for customers who paid cash, and that we couldn't have one because we paid with a card. After 10 minutes and a call to the store manager, they finally issued the refund, but could not have cared less about the terrible service we received.

My family had a great visit to this store. We were greeted by a friendly employee named Sara who greeted us with a smile. She took our order and was able to answer our allergy questions. The drinks were fantastic! They hit the spot on a hot day! We recommend this location.

We stopped by today and tried the new waffle bowls. AMAZING! So yummy. Sara took our order and was really welcoming and friendly. We'll be back :)

We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees.On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time.On top of that, one restroom is our of order and the other is not stocked properly.We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. Until now we've been hoping the location would improve, but we will be taking a break from this location for a while pending improvement.

A bit pricey. Which might explain why no customers were there, either time I dropped in. But the drink was good and the staff were great answering questions about the drinks.
