Just ordered a Detoxifier it doesn't look like the color it usually is , which is suppose to be a bright green. This is more dark green/brown. And I saw the girl making it add water!!! You're not suppose to add water to raw juices. They're watering them down!! Would not recommend this location!!!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Every time I order from my order is never ready even mobile orders. I don't blame the young lady that's working. I blame management how you going to have only one on staff and a line how you expect her to do her job efficiently. She can't be taking orders and trying to making everything as well.

i came in with my husband, and overall the experience was the best i have ever seen. amanda and kathryn were both on top of everything & showed great customer service the whole time. the atmosphere was also very nice &
Really bad customer service, no one acknowledges you. Walked in waited there for 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Associates look so un happy to be here. This place needs a customer service training.

So disappointing on how downhill this location has gone recently. There used to be two sisters that worked this particular location and were on point. I work in the same shopping center and always call my order in so I can run over and pick it up without closing for too long. Well for the last two months the phones have not worked. Finally an associate told me they were up and running and I can call my order in. That’s been nice for like the last week. Today (1/2/24 1:00 pm). I call and the girl tells me they don’t do that. I told her the situation I do it all the time walk over and pick it up. It’s not like I’m going to ghost them I got her all the time and they know where to find me! Not a good look as a business especially a neighbor.

I WAS SENT TO THE HOSPITAL! I asked the lady upfront to not add coconut to my smoothie as im allergic. She could've killed me. Who is the owner of this establishment? You need to go to jail. You need to send the little girls that work there to jail. They look intoxicated. Bloodshot red eyes and can barley stand. Are they all using drugs at this juice up? Someone please help. I need to stay in the hospital for another 3 days to clean my blood. How could you allow them to proceed with these actions.
