I sat here and ordered my food and ate here in the entire time nobody came in. I was maybe here for like 30 minutes and I’m very surprised that this place is not crowded. The food is delicious. My chicken was nice and hot flavored really well came off of the grill. The rice was cooked perfectly. I am very glad that I decided to stop by today and try this place out. It’s definitely gonna be one of my go to spots now.

The service from cashier was horrible, rude and made me uncomfortable. Soso was her name. It was my first time and wasn’t sure about the menu. She was not friendly and very impatient.Rice very dried meat was ok and the round bread was very rubbery I couldn’t bite it of or rip it apart at all !! 🤣

Avoid this establishment at all costs if you want to save yourself stress and a headache. The staff demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and basic communication skills.
To start, there is a serious need for improved English proficiency, which is essential in a customer-facing business. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of visiting Kabab Al Basha to order Arabian coffee. Despite the item being clearly listed on their menu, it took several attempts for the woman at the front desk to understand what we were requesting.
We placed an order for Arabian coffee, baklava, and a small apple juice. After paying, we asked how long the coffee would take. Once again, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times before being told it would take 20 minutes.
While waiting, my son went to the counter to ask for a glass of water for his uncle. At that point, we were asked if we wanted the coffee. We answered yes, assuming it was already understood that we were waiting for it. After continuing to wait, another staff member approached us and asked again if we wanted the coffee. That’s when we were informed that the coffee had not been rung up properly and was never being prepared, meaning we would have to wait an additional 20 minutes.
This level of confusion and lack of coordination is unacceptable. Proper training and clearer communication are desperately needed. Kabab Al Basha, this experience was extremely disappointing. Please invest in better staff training to avoid situations like this in the future.

I was there for a school activity, and stop there because I wanted something different. And I was not disappointed, had the lamb and the salad with yogurt, it was out of his range. 10 starts if I could

What a great find! I had foul madames, very flavorful fava beans, which is my test for how good a Mediterranean restaurant is. It was excellent! The pita was fluffy, the baklava was fresh and delicious! The service was excellent and friendly.

The BBQ, hummus, salad, and shawarma were disappointing and far from authentic. These dishes need real Middle Eastern flavor, which was missing here. Honestly, sticking to Egyptian classics like koshari might suit them better.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I arrived at 9:45 p.m. because their posted hours said they were open until 10:00 p.m. The door was open, but when I walked in, I was immediately told they were closed. It was pretty frustrating, especially since I was trying to support a local business. Unfortunately, I never even got to try the food because of the poor customer service and the way the situation was handled. I won’t be returning.
In response to the owners reply: Thanks for the reply. I understand that the grill closes early, but your posted hours say 10 pm and the door was open, which is why I walked in. The issue wasn’t the grill closing; it was being turned away while the restaurant was still listed as open. Clarifying your actual service hours would help future customers avoid the same confusion.
