Could be the absolute worst KFC franchise on the planet. From the ceiling leaking in 4 places, to the fact I was the only person in line and it took them about 8 minutes to take my order, to the watery, luke-warm mashed potatoes- this place should shut down.Another customer observed me becoming more and more annoyed, and told me she had been waiting over 25 minutes for two buckets of chicken.Unfortunately, they have no competition in this city, so no standards need to be met.Photo shows two other customers just waiting to be acknowledged.
Stopped here on my way to work. I ordered a 4 piece all dark meal. Just over $14. The chicken was not as good as I remembered it to be. Must have been out for a while. The potatoes and gravy were very watery. I didn't have to wait for my order like I do at most chicken places. Overall, it was okay.

I'm being generous with 2 stars, their service is way sub par. Especially when workers are demanding a "livable wage ". If they want more $$$$ don't we deserve superior service? When I stepped into this place, I was the only customer and two cars inline at the drive thru. It was excruciating painful watching the workers trying to serve the orders. No attempts to serve in a timely manner. My order was finally was prepared. At this time there were four other orders behind me. The chicken as usual was greasy/sloppy. The ONLY reason I came here was because I wanted chicken and they were the closest to me.I'll drive to Juan Pollo, I won't need multiple napkins to soak the grease up

Food's great but not accurate. Definitely check your order before you drive away. Sometimes it's a mystery what you get in your bag or if you're getting the right order.

Chicken not bad. But what I don't like is when I bite the chicken the coating comes off on my hand. I can think of better locations.
I was in a rush because I needed some quick food and didn't know where to go. When I got here the reviews said they take 20 minutes but in a quick 4-5 minutes I was in and then out.

This was the second time we have came to this location, wanted to give it a second try well this time made the first look wonderful and it was awful,the service was beyond terrible the food was cold and terrible.I will never go to this location again
