The drive thru speaker box couldn’t hear me, they couldn’t accept EBT, they had no cream for their Mountain Dew Peaches n Cream drink, and gave my KFC drink in a Taco Bell cup. FIX IT, FINGER LICKERS!

The strips were hard dark and dry. I got 5 potato wedges with meal. 5 pieces strips. Got home had to cut strip with scissors so tough to. He’s. I had to drive all the way back for exchange. This is the 2nd time this happened in 2 months. No more KFC for me. Long time customer. Exchange for regular chicken. Had to wait and was Nit offered anything for my time gas and money. Done

Went through drive through & ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I got home sandwich must have been sitting in a warmer for an hour. It was rock hard & the fries were hard & dried as well. I tried calling immediately & a recording came on telling me they are currently busy & to try my call again later. I called for over an hour & no one ever answered. They also conveniently forgot to give me a receipt.

Taco Bell here is definitely just a logo slapped onto the side of the KFC building. Cant use the Taco Bell app to earn or redeem rewards, line was long compared to other TBs, and they missed a couple items in our order.

When I ordered a 6 Piece Chicken and a 6 Piece Tenders Meal, the biscuits and chicken were smashed up in the bucket and there were no tenders, it looked like a prank. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, I already called the customer support number and got a partial refund and food remade, extremely appalling service.
I Was going to eat some chicken, but the smell of sewage was so terrible inside I had to walk out ,there needs to be something done about this ,I can't imagine these employees have to work in that smell all day

I just picked up my food and even though I asked for A fresh chicken, which they assured me that was a fresh batch. It that was the absolutely the worst food I ever seen. It was fried so many times that it was black and not eatable at all. That was the last time I order from this store and probably KFC.
