Went through drive through & ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. I got home sandwich must have been sitting in a warmer for an hour. It was rock hard & the fries were hard & dried as well. I tried calling immediately & a recording came on telling me they are currently busy & to try my call again later. I called for over an hour & no one ever answered. They also conveniently forgot to give me a receipt.

Taco Bell here is definitely just a logo slapped onto the side of the KFC building. Cant use the Taco Bell app to earn or redeem rewards, line was long compared to other TBs, and they missed a couple items in our order.

When I ordered a 6 Piece Chicken and a 6 Piece Tenders Meal, the biscuits and chicken were smashed up in the bucket and there were no tenders, it looked like a prank. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog, I already called the customer support number and got a partial refund and food remade, extremely appalling service.

I just picked up my food and even though I asked for A fresh chicken, which they assured me that was a fresh batch. It that was the absolutely the worst food I ever seen. It was fried so many times that it was black and not eatable at all. That was the last time I order from this store and probably KFC.

It is very convenient to have Taco Bell and KFC on the menu. The chicken on my visit was not fresh. The biscuit and mashpotatos were fresh. There's a few homeless hanging around the restaurant. Please be careful if you visit after dark.

He assured me he was going to check the food quality. Unfortunately, I’m going out of town and I can’t go back to replace the meal tonight. We have to throw it away.

Update in 2024 Honestly the service sucks here, I am not a regular customer and today I decided to order online, the platform told me to pick it up in 20 min after my ordered I come to pick it up, and he told me to wait 15 minutes approximately There’s no line in drive thru and no people inside the restaurant just a bunch of young’s friends of the workers
Come on honestly that’s why they have to rise up the minimum wage for fast food???
This service suck!

Chicken old and dry and overcooked by 3pm. Chicken looked like it was fried in morning and kept warm all day or refried to reheat the chicken as it was very dark brown with flat texture on chicken surface.

They limit their advertised deals to original recipe only so you can’t get crispy even though the advertising doesn’t say this. Seems cheap and unnecessary if you’re trying to get customers in the door. But employees were nice about it.
