I ordered in the drive thru and when I got home I noticed that they didn't give me an item. I have called twice leaving a message about the missing item, no return call. I wasn't able to go back that evening to get our item. It would be nice if they would have returned my call. I spent $52 for dinner, was in shock that the prices have gone up so much

I always go this KFC and it's always great especially the staff so nice and helpful I order the classic chicken sandwich and it's delicious and reasonable price I'm forever grateful thanks.

Received wrong food items. Potatoes with Nacho cheese green sauce and onion really?? And the young men working there were arguing. Was there even a manager on duty?

Went in to order stood there for 10 minutes. No one at the counter to take order. Employee on there phone is more important i guess. Had to get in my car to go thru the drive thru to order my food and side mash potatoes was missing. Under cover boss needs to investigate there restaurant. KFC Ontario ave Corona Ca.

When I came in to get food, the dining area was littered with trash. Like nobody cleaned in awhile. That's why I gave it a 4 stars out of 5. Food was good though.

This was my first time at this location, and the last one. I ordered two three piece meals. The chicken was cold, the biscuits were missing, and the quantity of fries was a joke. Zero napkins, ketchup, etc.

Absolutely the WORST !!!!I never leave reviews,But it was so bad I had too!The employees were arguing and cussing with each other ..The food took over a half hour to get, and all I ordered was 1 value taco...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!November 2022.

Here on this Saturday morning Dec 17, the guy serving, skinny, mustache, is so ABRUPT AND RUDE, like he's got other places he'd rather be. I was the only one in the store, so it's not like it's super busy. But when a male customer came in as I wait for my order, he was much nicer, even asked him if he wants any sauce. I ordered 4 sandwiches and he never asked me if I wanted any sauce for them at all. IF ONLY ZERO STAR is allowed

Food poisoned! We ordered and they called are food immediately. Was not fresh. Ate it thinking it was within the food safety time frame. Nope either it was expired or chicken was contaminated.

I recently went to this location because it's very convenient in both location and that it is also a Taco Bell (something for everyone). However, I will not go there again because the drive through line was so long I almost couldn't get off the street. Another customer and I decided to park and walk in. It was only a little past 6:30p.m. on a Sunday. To our surprise when we got inside the person behind the counter asked if I had an online order. When I answered no, I was rudely told that they were only open for online pick-up.

you suck and this is so stupid. long line and now i am stuck in it to find out that at 9 pm you are out of chicken and will make no more. why????? it says on yelp you are open. someone who owns this store needs to know how it's being ran.

Clean your dang tables it's a straight up embarassment. Every table, Every time I come in it never ceases to be filthy. If they can't keep a table clean then I dont even wanna know what's going on in the kitchen.

More than two years after the pandemic started and this place still doesn't allow anybody inside the restaurant. It's drive through only. I've wanted to stop by and pick up food several times after leaving the nearby car wash, but I don't want to use the drive through because it will leave streaks all over the window by rolling it down, so I prefer to go inside and place my order. I have yet to be able to do so, so I just leave and bring my business to other nearby restaurants. There are too many to choose from to alienate customers who don't want to (or just can't) use the drive through.
