Don't get me started on I ask the worker nicely if I can have a plate of fruit salad & she said no in an attitude being disrespectful. It should be how the customer wants it not how you do it respectfully

i paid $7.50 a cup for Elotes and it was dry with no mayo in either cup, tried calling but your phones disconnected

I love it here. My favorite ice cream shop hands down. There are so many different types of michoacanas but this is the best one in my opinion. It's a staple in the Corona area and I love supporting them.

I don't usually review places that leave a bad taste in my mouth literally, but my elote sucked so bad. Like I don't know how you can screw up something so simple, but first bite and absolutely no flavor. Perhaps a lack of spice? Maybe that a majority of any flavor in my esquite was washed away from the corn water that took up a majority of the cup? I also paid 7 bucks for the largest which was honestly the average size at most michoacanas, so it was overpriced, tasted like crap, and I had to throw it out after a couple bites because it was so gross. I have never had an elote so terrible before, and although service was fast and quick, any place that serves me disappointment over esquites leaves me no choice to act upon impulse of writing a bad yelp review :(

I ordered frozen strawberries with cream and it usually costs $6 well I got charged $10.99! And I was like why?? The price on the online menu is $5.85 and the server said oh that's without cream?....the picture on the online menu had cream, And the other prices were 7.99 and 8.99 for medium and large. Tf. So where did the 10.99 come from? It's not that hard to make frozen strawberries from a box. Please update your prices, sign says under new management and I expected better. Felt annoyed and bothered by this encounter.

Wow this place is overpriced!!I know inflation has hit everyone but there’s profit and then there’s greed.Go to a small shop that sells biónicos for much better prices than this location.So sad.

I will no longer be coming back. The new management or owners spend most of their money on other things like fancy screens that no one cares about that I couldn't even get a to go box for my tostilocos because it cost too much. Instead she cut the bag in half and said I'm sorry as new management we no longer give out to go boxes. Ok so I guess I have to drive and balance this bag in my hand otherwise it'll spill all over my car because management can't afford to give to go boxes anymore and didn't even want to sell me one. Not to mention the portion was really small and skimpy and over priced. 12 dollars for a small bag of chips with a couple spoonfuls of fruit and candy and hardly any sauce. Horrible management and customer service. Good luck!

Great fast service! Seemed super clean. Ordered a scoop of the escamosa. It was delicious, not super sweet. Good place overall would recommend! Under new ownership.
Clearly I'm not the only one who complains about the terrible customer service from the grumpy little girl they have working here. I came in with my son who always gets a two scoop cone with syrup and sprinkles served in a cup to avoid messes. She refused to give me a cup and said she was not allowed to do that. I then asked for her to charge me extra and she said she couldn't. What happened to customer service and guest satisfaction? After arguing with me she then said it was something she could do because of the cone, instead of just doing it she kept arguing with me. She refused to give me the managers information so I got it from the other employee working there. On top of that right infront of me tried to attempt to talk trash about me to the other employee! This is the worst experience I've ever dealt with! I'll make sure we never return and I'll be sure to share this with my friends and family. Change your staff or continue to lose customers. In the meantime, we'll be going to the other la Michoacána across the street. She must be related to upper management because even with all of these terrible reviews about the same disgustingly rude employee she's still employed there.

My child age 2 wanted to use the restroom we were traveling and got off the exit at this particular ice cream parlor. We went inside and I asked the cashier if my child could use the restroom she asked if we were going to buy something and I knew if I said yes she'd let my child use the restroom but instead I didn't lie and said no. She then said "it's cause you have to buy something" and I told her that we stopped at the first place we saw fit to use the restroom. She then said no again because we HAD to buy something and I said "are you serious the kid is a child and you're saying no!?" She said again "you have to buy something" I felt very discriminated here at this place and refuse to ever buy any ice cream at any Michoacána. Can't believe I'm even writing this but that woman there is a very evil person. I can't believe she acts like she makes millions of dollars a year !

First time to visit and we were pleasantly surprised! Tons of variety of popsicles, and what we thought was gelato but isn't. Even though there are no labels, trying small spoonfuls is allowed. I had strawberry cheesecake ice cream, best stuff ever! Hubby had several varieties of chocolate. All very yummy!

Ice cream is amazing but this store in particular was extra slow today. One worker training the other while 8 people wait in line. There's a better time to train when you're not super busy. Couldn't wait so I left and I never do that.
