This establishment is so great! I love it here and all the employees are so kind. One of the best places to get a sweet treat at.

The music they were playing was very vulgar... not suitable for a family environment. Clean versions are appreciated. From then on, the service was very good.

stood here for 10 minutes waiting for someone and they kept pushing us to another employee even though the next wouldn't help us
I asked the lady for fruits with tajin and lemon but the moment I saw their fruits I knew that the watermelon skin starts to decompose and watery and the mangoes just soggy and fizzy some of ‘em won’t taste good anymore. I felt bad to the lady because of the language barrier I don’t think she understood it but she just dump the whole thing and I’m like “eh” and bought it still. Sadly but I won’t be coming back.
She barely put any crema on my fresas con crema asked for more and she charged me extra !!!! And only put a little bit of granola!!

These snows have FLAVOR!! I have tried other Michoacan ones, either they are very sweet or they taste strange, these are very tasty, the place is clean and the service was not bad.
It's 9:45 and they denied me service, supposedly because it will take them time to finish off the people inside. Is a lie! Employees no longer want to work.
