Good value, not so hot service, never hot and ready, always have wait
I love Little Caesars but I don't like that I have to wait 10 minutes every time I go to pick up a pizza. Your commercials and ads state that your pizzas are hot and ready all day. That means there should be no wait time and I should be able to come in and out. So that is false advertisement if I have to wait 10 minutes for a pizza. Other than that, I think the service is great and the quality is good too.
