This is the best lil caesers! The past couple visits whoever has been making these pizzas has been on point! They pack on the cheese and toppings and show some love making these delicious pizzas! Worst customer service ever! Curly brown hair dude couldn’t even give me his name and threw attitude when we had waited almost 20 minutes for our order that I had ordered for a specified pick up time via the app. The pizza was all a mess along with the puffs and they forgot our sauce we paid extra for. A district regional manager needs to visit this store to teach them customer service, how to make pizza and time management.

I only had to wait 7 mins and I got two fresh and very hot large pizzas. One was pepperoni and cheese and the other was Hawaiian. Considering the low price I will definitely go back again.

I was ordering over the phone for my mom, and this woman assisted my call. I could tell she was kind, and she had a lot of patience when I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I accidentally ended the call midway through ordering and I felt really bad because when I called the second time a guy assisted the call instead. I didn’t get her name, but thank you to the woman who originally assisted my call. I’m sorry for hanging up, I felt really bad ☹️

I've never had an issue with Little Caesars but our order today was not edible. Somehow the cheese was not fully melted but the pepperoni was burnt, we did not ask for our order well done. The dough also had a bad taste, like if it was old or had been sitting out for too long. I am very disappointed with the lack of consistency and will not be coming back.
