Being an avid Costco shopper I found myself exploring the other stores in the shopping center and was excited to find authentic Chinese food. Compared to favorites in Los Angeles and Orange County this place really surprised me. I ordered the combination fried rice and kung pao three meat. The rice was fresh and flavorful with no shortage of meat. Great portion for a great price.
The Kung Pao veggie/meat ratio was a little to heavy on the veggie side in my opinion. However I went back the same week for some more of that combo fried rice. I will be back again to try other things such as the Sizzlin Fried Rice Soup.

How the hell does a chinese restaurant not give steamed rice with their entrees? It is extra? If I pay 16 dollars + for mongolian beef, there should be a scoop of white rice lol this is the first chinese restaurant I have been to that does not give steamed rice for their entrees- kind of diabolical.
Lus Bistro is the best authentic chinese food in the area. My hubby and I are so happy we found it. The food is always like 5 minutes... we're always so shocked at how fast it comes out... and it's super fresh and tasty! We looooove the salt and pepper pork and the salt and pepper tofu is an amazing substitute. We also regularly get their stir fried mixed veggies which are delicious and fresh. The ladies working the place are always so nice too. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The portions are enormous. We usually get 3 meals out of 4 dishes between the 2 of us.
Vegetarian options: They have a lot of tofu options, and the salt and pepper tofu is a great alternative to the salt and pepper pork chop. We always get the stir fried mixed veggies too which are always fresh and delicious. It includes, broccoli, carrots, onion, cabbage, mushrooms, bok choi and more. If you get that and the egg fried rice you'll have 2 nice vegetarian meals, maybe 3.

Very TASTY food, with CHILI SAUCE at the table. Large portions. Makes me want to try EVERYTHING on the menu. This restaurant, along with Red Ginger, also in Corona, both have very good and tasty Chinese food.

My husband and I just had a terrific lunch there. I had delicious shrimp and walnut with white rice. He enjoyed Kung poa chicken with white rice. Lunch came with egg drop soup and an egg roll. We added 4 BBQ pork buns All this for under $40 what a bargain!

Kid-friendliness: My 11 year old loved the combination chow mein and the juicy pork steamed dumplings!! We had enough leftovers for 2 more meals.
