This was our first time Buying food here, my oldest son to buy the food he was FaceTime in me the whole time and the person there literally her customer service is not acceptable. We completely understand that fast food industry is very demanding however, you want to gain customers and not lose customers even if the food wasnāt that great at least we would have a good experience with the customer service. Nothing special about the food weāve had better theyāre very theyāre very cheap when it comes down to their condiments my son asked him for extra sauces Itās more than happy to pay. I needed it. and only gave him three packets for three for 3 comb Bs No greeting nothing those people that work at night there donāt have an obligate I donāt know I feel like no pride and joy out of this restaurant so I doubt it that I will go back. Itās just something about me that throws everything off with bad customer service. You donāt really enjoy your food anymore

I ordered the three fried shrimp was not the picture that I ordered is totally different from what I ordered. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was burnt. I contacted the store very rude. Hung up on my face and told me they donāt have a website. Iām disputing it with my bank because how did I order it if I did not go to their website
I don't like giving bad reviews but this one is one of my worst experience. Noodles were ok. Service was bad. The female server was rude. She didn't want to put an order for more orange chicken when I ordered double orange chicken she tried filling the to go container with alot of rice and noodles and gave me whatever was left of the Orange chicken. When I called her out on it to make sure it was a double order, not single, she got mad and was talking loud in her language. Rudeness at its finest. I made sure she knew that I knew she was not saying nice things about me. Bless her heart. Won't be going there again. Will stick to chop sticks instead. So sad.

Make sure you check that they packed all of your food, especially if itās the elderly lady. I literally asked her if she got everything and she rushed me out, I get home and no egg rolls. The next time I came in I let them know and I told them itās ok if they donāt give me egg rolls or a refund back but I just wanted to let them know for the future to slow down. The old lady rudely said she didnāt believe me because if it was true I wouldāve called them. I said ok Iāll call next time but from now on Iāll be checking the bag at the register to make sure we get our food x) so in conclusion the food is decent and the service could use some improvement lol

This is the third time I get food from them. And every time I go and get the cambo with teriyaki chicken. Tell me why they always forget the teriyaki sauce? Even if u are specific about it. I called and asked why they always forget it. And her response was well give u the sauce if u ask for it (that's a lie we asked more than once for it). If the sauce is not included unless u ask for it then call it what it is just CHICKEN! Not teriyaki chicken. This ruin my entire meal. Now I'm hungry and stuck with dried as chicken. They suck. Make sure you double check ur order because they are not capable of getting ur order right even if ur right in front of them telling them exactly what u want
I just bit into a small rock that was in my rice and chow mein. Definitely won't be going back.

The cashier was friendly but the actual person serving the takeout order (asian) was rude. I've been coming here here for a while now and this was a real let down. Asked a a particular item was told they didn't have anymore while I was literally looking at the full food container. Then I get my order took it home and either they got rid of the cook and have a new one because everything tasted off... š©
