Maiz Cocina Corona in Corona, California is a great spot for vibrant Mexican food with plenty of flavorful vegetarian options. We tried a few dishes including vegetable tacos, enchiladas, and a fresh salad. The tacos were served on soft tortillas topped with pico de gallo, guacamole, queso fresco, and microgreens, with rice, beans, and salsa on the side. We had such a beautiful experience at Maiz Cocina last night. The decor is absolutely adorable and thoughtfully done for Valentine's Day the- lighting sets the perfect mood, making the space feel cozy yet elevated at the same time. The atmosphere is welcoming and truly suitable for all age groups, whether you’re there for a date night, a girls’ night, or a family dinner.
