I've been going here for a long time, the last two were back to back horrible, My girlfriend just walked the whole order to the trash. It was bad, the rice was like rocks, Now she's yelling and laughing at me.She warned me not to go there. Whelp, were on our way to El Pollo Loco

We were the first ones to eat, arriving around 11: 30a. Lots of rolls for half off. We ordered six different rolls and they were all delicious. The bill was about $52. Besides the usual soy sauce, they also brought lots of other sauces to the table such as eel, spicy mayo, ponzu. Service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Love love love this hole in the wall sushi joint. It's in a strip mall in Corona down main street and at first glance you probably wouldn't think much of it. Stopped by here for the first time and their prices are excellent and their service is even better. Such a great dine in experience and it was not expected from this small joint. If you're looking for a casual place with delicious, affordable sushi, and great staff... definitely stop by this place!

I love this place. Always fresh and delicious! Maki Yaki also has the best and most competitive pricing in my opinion. Amazing service from all the workers!! I highly recommend this sushi place!! Definitely a great place to grab sushi for any occasion!!

Maki Yaki is the best! We love their selection of special rolls! The service is always very friendly and welcoming. The pricing is good and the sushi is good. The interior is clean and pleasant.
The sashimi was fresh, but the avocado in the California roll was not and the rice was old.

Listen, for what you are paying and the friendly staff, this is 5 stars for sure. I recommend to all my friends visiting to Corona area. Before my taste-buds went out due to Covid, I was eating there as often as possible, like forgoing all other takeout options, for 2 reasons: 1) you can get some great food for awesome prices with friendly staff that kinda feel like neighbors; and 2) it seemed wise during pressing times to keep in business a restaurant that featured reason #1. p.s. btw Angie, tonight's taste experiment was a success: the spicy chicken bowl hit the spot and my taste buds could again derive some Epicurean pleasure from life!
