Holy smokes! This is hands down the best Indian food I've found in the 4 years I've been in this area. Just had the pleasure of eating there last night and can't wait to go back. The people were kind and helpful and the tastes of the food were better than some of the fanciest Chicago Indian restaurants we've been to.
As a vegetarian, I highly recommend this place. My husband really only eats meat and was equally thrilled with his meal.
The quality of the Samosa is getting degraded day by day. It was the only dish I was liking, now there is no reason to visit there.
Could have been great (has a good location, has the population and the demand ec), but is a wasted potential.
🚨UPDATED TO-GO SYSTEM: Really love the food but if you need a quick stop for a pick up order it is basically nonexistent now.
I called in to place my order, I was told I was only able to place the naan bread in advance and the rest of the food I had to order in person because it’s already made.
I’ve been coming here for at least 8 years and I never once was asked to order this way so I was confused but whatever. Didn’t take my name or phone number.
Once I arrived I finished placing the rest of my order and I still had to wait 15 minutes for my naan bread.
A woman that had been waiting before me also had been waiting, and two other to-go-order-clients that walked in after me had to wait for naan bread as well.
The last customer that I witnessed picking up her order apparently was able to place her entire order over the phone, but the staff member still didn’t prepare it until the customer got there.
Again great food but if you’re on a time crunch (Ex: You’re on lunch break or need to pick up something quick for the family) maybe go else where. You need more time to wait for your food here and calling in advance doesn’t help at all.
had a to go plate yesterday, severe diarrhea afterwards. looking back, the kitchen did not look and even the ones preparing it. horrible hygiene
if you want to lose weight, come eat here. you will have a colon cleansing and lose 10lbs after
I have ordered at 1.pm, they said come in 20 minutes, now its 2.30 pm. And the order is still not ready. Very very bad service. Never coming back.
They are not halal. No certificates are displayed.
The food is super tasty! The music is vibing. You can dine in or order to go. Totally worth a visit or a last minute dinner option! Would super recommend since it’s sooo tasty! ? The samosas are a must try!

This place is great, great quality food and amazing taste at an affordable price. Got this great plate and a delicious garlic naan for under $20

A very good place to have taste of Indian cuisine, I am very picky eater and I tried their food multiple times.
Now I believe they deserve the review as the food was consistent, price is decent and good service.
If you want to experience good Indian food with a price that won’t shake your wallet, visit this and experience yourself.
May be the place is cozy during peak hours, but I say it’s worth for the taste and price around here.

Used to be a lot better. Food wasn't as fresh as I'd like.

There is no customer service whatsoever. The lady was busy chatting away with a customer when there was a line of 7 people. When 8 got to the front it was like she was doing me a favor by taking my order. How does it take 20 minutes to make naan or chapati? It was 108° outside and they were not even running any air conditioning. As for the food it looked very sad and unappetizing. I saw fresh samosas coming so just got those and left.

My husband and I have visited this place twice, but our recent experience was disappointing. The girl at the front had an unfriendly attitude, and our rice was cold. The food was overly greasy, which gave me heartburn all night. We're unsure if we'll return. They should consider having someone more welcoming.

Food is good.
But they make you wait too much.
I've waited 30 minutes for beverages as they chose to serve other newer orders.
