I hate when I have to post about the customer service I ordered 1 $5 meal it had 4 pieces chicken nuggets, sm fries, mc chicken and a small drink. Why was i asked to pull forward behind me maybe 2 cars i had to pay at the first window by the time I reached the second windows my order should have been ready for me to grab . NOOOOO I WAS ASKEN TO PULL FORWARD. SO I did , tell me why did I find myself 15 minutes later in the same spot w no order yet !? I was about to get off and here comes the employee with a cold meal water down drink and no sauce or napkins. I should have gone back in but by this time I was over MCDONALD'S I just wanted to get home. I love McDonalds but if they keep this up I don't think I will go back anymore. Wish we could give no stars 😞

Not everybody wants to order on those kiosk machines especially people disabilities ......💯 Not right especially for people that are waiting forever for a worker to take their order they're only dealing with drive-thru and that isn't right for somebody coming to your restaurant with the disability you guys should take their order

Went through the drive-thru a little after 7pm on my way home from work & some idiot bumps me on my drivers side doesn't get out to ask if I'm OK or anything I even pulled over in the parking & idiot drives off. Most people don't have common sense & things like this keep happening at this location. When is McDonald's gonna fix this for the rest of our sakes & safety reasons. Now we gotta worry about others being in a hurry. The employee in the drive thru witnessed it & didn't bother to step out or ask if I'm OK. Now i got a dented car & for what. I will be filing a claim
