Not everybody wants to order on those kiosk machines especially people disabilities ......💯 Not right especially for people that are waiting forever for a worker to take their order they're only dealing with drive-thru and that isn't right for somebody coming to your restaurant with the disability you guys should take their order

Went through the drive-thru a little after 7pm on my way home from work & some idiot bumps me on my drivers side doesn't get out to ask if I'm OK or anything I even pulled over in the parking & idiot drives off. Most people don't have common sense & things like this keep happening at this location. When is McDonald's gonna fix this for the rest of our sakes & safety reasons. Now we gotta worry about others being in a hurry. The employee in the drive thru witnessed it & didn't bother to step out or ask if I'm OK. Now i got a dented car & for what. I will be filing a claim

Went through drive thru to order a plain cheeseburger happy meal, i specifically ordered with cheese and ketchup only. They gave me a “cheeseburger “ no meat and added onion and pickles, went back to drive thru and explained a cheeseburger with meat, cheese and ketchup only. They gave me a cheeseburger with meat cheese and onions…. Not sure how hard it is to type the request and follow instructions, wasn’t even busy at the restaurant. 🤦🏻♀️sadly I didn’t realize the second mistake till I had already left and did not want to drive back there. Staff seemed to be bothered that I had gone to ask for a correction, I didn’t want to go back a third time.

So expensive for so so food. In-n-Out is much better tasting for a fraction of a price! The only good thing McDonalds will always have are the fries. Those are the best, if they are fresh. Sorry, but this fast food restaurant has gone downhill both in price value and quality. The service is not good either. If you're going to hire teenagers you shoyld demand they give good customer service. We all have teens with attitudes at home. We don't want to see it when we're out paying for service and instead getting their teenage attitude.

They don't always give the right amount of napkins OR don't give you any at all. Plus any kind of sauce you ask for should NOT be charged! All sauces should BE FREE!!!!
