This McDonald’s is trash the service is so slow whenever I have a online order and come to pick it up it always takes 10-25 minutes to come

Five stars for a fast food place. The breakfast here has been hot and fresh every time I've been there, which is probably too often. I love getting there hashbrowns which are super good. The place is maintained well and its clean. If you are looking for quick and yummy spot to eat, this location is worth a visit.

they are just really rude when it comes to customer service. They hang up on you when you get upset they mess up your order they don’t even apologize and act like you inconvenience them. they are always forgetting something .Like just bag in different bags. not that serious We check for this reason but I sent my dad and he didn’t check well enough unfortunately. They charge for ranch but forget it seriously. He had to ask for the ranch and then when he came home he thought he made sure everything was there but unfortunately something was missing.but still this happens super often. No acknowledgment or apology.

Came to this McDonalds and asked for no egg me and my bf went back so that they can make us a new one and they asked for the sandwich back According to OSHA regulations they can’t do that and the lady insisted to get it back she ended making us a new one but the cheese was not melted so the patty was not hot. The lady had a pointy tail and a mole

I hate when I have to post about the customer service I ordered 1 $5 meal it had 4 pieces chicken nuggets, sm fries, mc chicken and a small drink. Why was i asked to pull forward behind me maybe 2 cars i had to pay at the first window by the time I reached the second windows my order should have been ready for me to grab . NOOOOO I WAS ASKEN TO PULL FORWARD. SO I did , tell me why did I find myself 15 minutes later in the same spot w no order yet !? I was about to get off and here comes the employee with a cold meal water down drink and no sauce or napkins. I should have gone back in but by this time I was over MCDONALD'S I just wanted to get home. I love McDonalds but if they keep this up I don't think I will go back anymore. Wish we could give no stars 😞
