Manager was so rude in the drive thru to specific employee, he charged me for the wrong order and I didn’t noticed until I was getting the food. She acted rudely towards me and worse to the employee, the manager should get fired asap. I’ve never seen a manager treat employees that way. I would report her if I was one of the employees

The manager is disrespectful towards one specific employee, is rude to customers that come inside, doesn't pay attention to what is going on in the lobby, and I saw them immediately hit the button to complete the orders as soon as they appeared on the screen, which is against corporate policy. They are lucky I am not a secret shopper, or they would be in big trouble.

We were in the area and needed a quick snack ! The whole dive thur process was effortless. Staff was super polite. The young man Bryan who delivered our food to the car was so nice and courteous ! He even tripled check to make sure he was giving us the correct order(: . 10/10

These guys always mess up orders, they lack any common decency or mannerisms, and even management is trash. There’s been a few times where this lady did have my order correct and the food was fresh, I hope I get her everytime, but I usually end up with some teenager or younger adult that doesn’t have any direction in their lives, let alone how to do their job with some type of coherency

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 dollar meal crispy and it was the opposite of crispy stale !!!! The fries taste old and stale and nuggets feel like they’ve been sitting out all day stale. There was only 1 car infront of me. It was empty for them to be able to do my order crispy but somehow they didn’t???

Very poor customer service went this morning to order food and had to cancel some stuff at the window because I forgot my wallet at home. Small middle eastern lady worker started complaining and screaming omg therefore I just canceled the whole thing . Would not eat anything that lady made with that attitude .
Today I visited this place at a very busy time. The food is good, but they focus on serving the drive-thru, and they forget about the people who are at the kiosk and don't know how to use it and pay with EBT, they make them wait longer, and that is discrimination. Today I tried to pay with EBT, the system didn't work, I couldn't buy anything.

this is hands down the worst McDonald’s ever. I am so pissed off about my recent experience here. I came here for breakfast and I ordered, paid, and they sent me to wait around the corner for the food. I was waiting for 20 minutes! And they came out multiple times, with an order that was missing items. Well finally they let me know that one of the breakfast sandwiches that I ordered they gave it to another customer, are you serious? You guys seriously suck. and now they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. Absolutely ridiculous

Staff are awesome here. They are fast and friendly and they often offer a free drink or extra food in the few instances when there has been a slow moving drive through line. Great job! keep it up! There is a work ethic culture here that management should be proud of.
