"we charge $0.25 per sauce" doesn't work when you are charging so much for mediocre food. Prices here are high and charging for first sauce is bad business practice.

Took for ever to get my food, a lot of customer complaining about their food or missing items!! No bueno!!! Getting trickier, I ordered a an apple pie, had two sticker, top sticker said fresh before 5:30, the second said fresh before 3:30, I was there at about 4:40 pm!! I guess that's how they make you think is fresh!!! Bad business!!!!

I have used this McDonald’s at this location several times without issue. Yesterday was the worst visit and will not return. I downloaded the app and on their automated screens promoting 20% off on any order over 20 dollars. Fair enough it’s virtually promoted signage within their stores. Paid with tax come to $28 and some change. I asked the girl behind the counter showed her my receipt and passed me to the manager. No here is where it went south. She claims with the slack jawed, “ohhh you laid with card”. Yes, I showed her my app on my phone and she says sorry I can’t meaning she didn’t want to. It the promotion on the app. Yes and I downloaded it gave my code with in the app. All fallen on deaf ear despite her literally holding my RECIEPT! Now as a business owner myself and a former bar manager. She has the technical knowledge to remedy this. She tells me I goi g to call my manager. And nothing happens clearly this was the worst manager and despite her seeing the sign promotion and holding my receipt, ZERO EFFORT FROM THIS WOMAN who clearly a just going through the motions of acting manager. Clearly even if you show proof and despite this I was not refunded for the overpayment, despite four signed showing this. Terrible and if I was ever to find myself hungry I would go to any other fast food placed but never walk in there again. Lazy manager and zero effort whom could have cared less. No stars if I had my choice.

This is my closest McDonald’s and I go there often. The drive-thru is typically fast, and my order is almost always accurate.
However, I have to take off some stars for food quality. The fries are usually a letdown. They sit out for too long and taste off, as if the oil is old. This is a repeat occurrence. And I often get heat-lamp nuggets, even when it’s close to lunch or dinner hours.
That said, the Big Mac is always totally fine!
I would love to see this particular McDonald’s improve, because it’s in a very convenient location and is easy to get to from either direction on the street!

What happened to this place ? I had the most horrible experience with dine in this morning . We waited 25 minutes for our order and after asking what was going girl “manager” in the front shoves the order to me and dropping the food out the bag and denies doing it after and catches an attitude with me . This McDonald’s needs better management and more training or better yet hire people that can actually work customer service. This location used to be on point and they have been declining rapidly.

At one of the Corona locations off the 91 and behind gas station, service was very impersonable. McD's will lose business going people less. The people that are there now should train on people skills.
