Everytime I go they never have the holiday pies ready. A 12 minute wait is ridiculous for a pie. They only offered an apple pie as an alternative but I don't like those. At least the location on magnolia gave me some cookies instead when it happened there.

Had us waiting for 25 mins to get our order never letting us know why and the manger and staff just talking in the back I saw them through the window so unpleasant and unprofessional to watch with all of them having bad manners worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too!!!!

The lady that was taking my Oder at the speaker at 1035 pm 11/21/2025 was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful, she gave me attitude from the start! Talking back to me and didn’t let me finish ordering !! I come to this McDonalds all the time!!!

Several employees stood there and chatted. When I greeted them, they ignored me. The guests were queuing up at the front desk, but they stood far away. If they didn't want to work, they went home and went to bed.

This location is very slow, dirty and nasty! There were several sick employees begging the manager to leave she said no cuz she's sick too...smh. And let's not get started on the morning shift at 4:30am the wait is 30 mins or longer to get my order taken thru the drive thru.
Order 1 hash round and waited over 17 min because drive thru is more important My friend ordered one sandwich took over 20 min and they were very rude and short tempered
