Doesn't follow hours posted on establishment. Dining room supposed to be open at 5am. I showed up at 6:50am, Dining room was closed, no lights on, locked doors. if you're going to post hours, FOLLOW THEM!

I have lost count of how many times this place messed up on my orders. I am either missing an item or got my order wrong. The food is not always presentable and gets cold fries. I always try calling and going to the store to inform them and they can only say "we are sorry about that but they can't do anything about it". I pay money for food, why can't I get a replacement or my money back. I just get sorry. I'm not going to this location anymore

I understand working in service is frustrating but my friend and I were treated so rudely. The girl taking our order seemed like she was distracted, which is understandable, but then when we missed one question she rudely repeated “what sauce MAAM..” After finishing we checked order on screen and confirmed too soon, but as the order disappeared we noticed she had got both wrong despite us repeating multiple times to clarify. We asked to change at the window, which I know can be annoying. But the girl clearly was mad and grunted in agreeance, slamming the cash drawers and aggressively giving us our change. This experience honestly PMO so bad cause I get her POV but girl we did nothing to you 😭

Been coming there for the last 2 months, usually people were either supernice or short, but not exactly rude , last time was different, details follow. I've been coming to this restaurant for the last 2-3 months, always order side of tartar sauce , which I was never charged for before, this time the young lady said she would have to charge for it ,even though I forgot to ask put it on the burger instead of mayo, and I when I said that I was never charged for it for months, she started arguing that she's worked here since March or whatever raising her voice at me , saying they always charge for it, which is not true. Next order (20 mins later) i asked for pickles, didn't get any, was annoyed with the whole situation. Asked old Asian manageress for the name of the young rude mixed African lady, she refused and became rude herself, refusing to give her own name also, raising her voice and threatening me with calling security. Worst service ever!! All this happened roughly between 8-8:15 - 8.45pm on Friday December 27. I waited for the security for half an hour writing my complaint to McDonald's. When I asked the old Asian woman manager if the security is coming she became even more rude, raised her voice even more , told me I have to leave now, switched off the lights, said the restaurants closed.. I mean.. What a way to run a business eh?
Second time coming here and 2 sauces for a 20 pack of nuggets, 2 Big Macs, and 2 large fries is ridiculous. Aside from that, rude customer service handed my food and with my word in my mouth the employee walks away. Not the first time happening either. Two minutes waiting in drive through to ask for more sauce and no one to attend. I decide to park to go inside and get sauce and over 5 minutes waiting to be attended. After 11 minutes total I get attended to simply ask for sauce…Absurd!

Today I tried to order breakfast and employee named Anna asked for the pin to my EBT card she handed me the receipt and my card back and said my EBT card has been decline. On the receipt it said invalid pin. I asked her how many times did she enter the pin she said umm I think twice. I asked her what pin did she put and she gave a different number than what I told her instead of 15 she put 50. Anyways it was at least 5-10 minutes of her saying she put the pin that I told her and that if I want my food I would have to pay with cash. When I asked her if she could please try it again she said not with that attitude. When asked to speak with a manager she said the manager was not in and she is the manager. I asked her one more time can you try it again. And she said what about a please. I'm definitely calling in a few hours and hope to speak with a manager. Hopefully they fire her. And as soon as I started to record her she closed the window.

This McDonald’s needs management to step in. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 min. They were rude when taking my Order and I said hello and they ignored me and proceeded to take the other line. They let 3 cars go before me even though I was first in the other line. They always forget sauce toooo!!!!!
