An absolute treat for the family! Without going into other names, It saddens me that there are so many other froyo stores around us and there are so few Menchies left.But this location made it through the pandemic and is still here!The Dole Pineapple ?? whip always keeps me coming back. And in general, the frozen yogurt just tastes better. It didn't have that artificial taste like other makes do. Their toppings are just as good as their competitors.The owner was present and very welcoming at our last visit. Also doesn't hurt that they carry the cutest plushies!We do not live nearby, but we still make the drive. Everyone should come and give this place some business from any location, it's definitely worthwhile!

An ice cream place is always a happy place, nobody go to Menchi’s and leave without a smile on their face, they have a variety of selections and flavors that you will devour, also a variety of toppings that include real fruits, the staff was nice a friendly and my family goes there since 2018, always a happy

They were having some type of deal, the first 50 people to come in at 3pm get 5 ounces free. As I was eating my frozen yogurt inside, I saw one of the cashiers biting her nails and then ringing people up and touching their lids. That's so disgusting Thankfully I didn't get a lid, but who knows what else she was touching. I dislike like writing reviews like this, but it was very unsanitary.

If I could have given zero, I would. I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad. What happened today was just beyond what words can describe, especially today is my birthday. Hubby went to pick up a small ice cream cake at Menchie's for my bday today. We took out the cake and blew the candle (that's why there is a hole in the center of the cake). Before we cut it, I found a piece of paper in the bag came with the cake, I opened it, it's an order form from 5/31, the descriptions match the cake we got. So, I got a cake ordered by someone else 3 months ago on my birthday?! And they couldn't have cared less to even take out the piece of paper. My birthday cake went to the trash, thanks to Menchie's.

This place is run by teenagers. Every time I walk in, the person running it is hiding in some back room and doesn't even acknowledge you for at least 5 minutes. Then, you do all the work (self serve) and put the cup on the scale and they point to the machine telling you about the tip line. Why would I tip anything when the worker did absolutely nothing to help other than take my money.
Went here for my son's school fundraiser and my kids went ham! They love getting to pick their own flavors and you pay by ounces, so I let the kids go for it and get whatever they wanted since some of the proceeds go back to the school.There were tons of ice cream flavors to choose from and a load of toppings. Even had the chocolate, caramel syrups to pump on top of your ice cream too. The toppings looked fresh and there was plenty of them too. The inside of the store is so clean you could eat of the floor (won't advise it, but you could). The owner was welcoming everyone and rang up my kids ice creams. The kids got any topping you could imagine and the total was about $20 or so for both bowls. Sat outside on the patio and ate their ice cream. Overall, a pleasant experience and will be back!

This has become a weekly staple in my home. Each week we get our cups, and come home for movie night. My favorite treat, and by far the best froyo spot in the are. I do recommend trying the flavors, as they use real ingredients the some of the flavors are slightly different each time.

I went in for ice cream with my family to get ice cream and a cup of water for my 3-year-old, they said " i had to buy the water and they could not fill up the Thermus". This gave us a very bad feeling! we go there a lot and never had a problem, but the owner just gave a too bad attuite. I recommend if you want ice cream go someplace else that does not give attuite
