Ordered off Too Good To Go, order was cancelled as I arrived. When I asked why my order was cancelled, ladies started laughing. Not funny when I spent time and gas to drive over, not to mention horrible traffic. Very unprofessional, won't go back there.

I got a ham and cheese cressant, it was mainly all bread nasty almost watery cheese with a little piece of ham, the lady was rude she was more concerned looking at what my husband was doing (eating on the table) then actually engaging with what i was asking she acted as if napkins were coming out of her paycheek.

They charge extra for cream for coffee extra for filled donuts. I asked for a 1/4 cup of milk for the 5 coffees I ordered and they charge $0.50! Donuts were ok but not fresh at 8 AM! No customer service. The breakfast sandwiches were good otherwise I would've rated it 1 star. The employe said they all have to give 5 star review.

The shop is cute and the variety of donuts is pretty good. I really liked how friendly the lady was behind the counter.As for my order I got an apple filled bear claw which was amazing!!! The cinnamon twist had a nice pillow feel and was deliciously gooey in the inside and had the right amount of frosting. Oh and to top the order I got some donut holes. I really like this place and I hope you get to enjoy these donuts with your friends and family.

The donuts are good, but the ladies are rude. Seems like they dislike their job and take it out on the people. They talk bad about you in your face when you pay and when you leave. They are killing the business, so now I go to 85 degrees across the street.
We are regulars to this location and have been for a very long time. When we come in the morning please understand that people may be on their way to work so their time, just like theirs, is important. There is one short woman that works at the front and seems to always be having a bad day. Please acknowledge and assist when people come in. We watch interactions with ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS so treat everyone with with respect and courtesy as we do when we come in. The donuts are great, but the customer service needs to be addressed. Please do better. Customer service is important too, not just good food. Now looking for another donut shop.

i love coming here ! their iced coffees are better than starbucks and i love talking to the two women who work there. we always have a great laugh and i always leave with a smile on my face. they keep everything clean and organized in the store as well. i recommend the ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant! anyone who says otherwise is wrong, thank you ! :)
