Sometimes on Sundays me and my fiancé come in to this location for a bite after church service. We're always excited to be greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. Bree, the general manager does a phenomenal job providing us timely, respectful, polite and friendly service. We highly recommend her and her staffs service and will be happily remaining customers here for time to come.Kid-friendliness: Friendliness is undefeated.

Pizza here is always great and the staff is phenomenal. Everyone is always so friendly and have great customer service skills. I had a curbside puck up today, and the gentleman who brought out my pizza was so friendly and prompt. Even asked if I wanted extra sauces or anything, and they were busy. Great service and food.

Food was great as ordered. Place was clean and comfortable- bathrooms included. The staff was ?? amazing. We brought our kids in and had to change up from take out to dine in and they made the adjustment smoothly. They were kind and patient as we gave them our order and the food came out quick.The girl working, I think her name is Bree- she was kind enough to split the kids pizza onto two plates without us even having to ask. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way!

Absolutely, patient and kind manager male who was on the floor at approximately 8-9pm on December 5, 2023. He is very professional and has great customer service skills. Plus, the pizza is delicious especially the thick crust. The cake they sale is delicious too.

last night I received a prank phone call from this location. The male caller, using an accent, informed me that my family has been exposed to West Nile Virus from our food order on Monday afternoon. He knew my order was for pickup and every item in my order. I was told the restaurant had been in contact with the CDC and was asked if I'd been experiencing any symptoms. He listed symptoms and they were sexual in nature, then I understood this was not legitimate. He then told me it was suggested to use a " lonely persons tool" to relieve my stress and take cold showers. I then hung up and called back to the store directly, the number that called me, the number on the website. He explained he was the manager and he was one of two employees working and that no one made any calls. I explained my concerns and he became increasingly suspicious and aggressive. Then I went to the store in person. There were multiple employees on staff. I spoke with the manager and I was told I was the third or fourth person that had contacted them regarding these calls. They claimed they had been hacked and their phones weren't working. I called the phone number to the store in person and it went through fine. I am waiting to hear from the store owner. I have filed a police report. I canceled my debit card and deleted the app. Please be aware if you frequent this restaurant that your information and privacy is not safe.

We ordered online 2 pizzas. One veg and other pepperoni. When we opened the boxes at home, Thete was NO pepperoni. We were so tired to go back.. we have the receipt and clearly says pepperoni. Pls always check before you bring it himet. We r not going back for sure.

Came here on a Wednesday around 5pm and they were still fairly busy, which we felt was a great sign never having been here. When it was our turn to order we pretty much knew what we wanted, but the service wasn't the best (we felt rushed, which is understandable since they were busy, but not helpful since we had never been there). It's basically like all the other build your own pizza places, the pro was it came out much faster than pieology or blaze, but the crust (their original) was cracker like, and the toppings are added very sparingly unless you continue to ask for extra. It was overall okay, but not something we would necessarily need to go back to, mainly because of the service and how unkept the restaurant was. We, among other guests, were wiping down our own tables with napkins to have a place to sit- and in the heat of the afternoon, with no blinds, there were really only 3-4 tables out of the full sun. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite and in the mood for pizza, it will do just fine.

Good customer service. Efficient and friendly. I had a cheese pizza with nothing added. It was tasty and hot. The garlic bread was very good. I took away a star because it was so cold in the restaurant, we had to eat outside.

I am so disappointed! We don't have a Mod Pizza in Murrieta, so this has always been a favorite when in Corona. This store is ruining the Mod reputation. My wife and I were in a hurry, so I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at 5:45PM. Now I know why the place was empty! There were two servers behind the counter, but only one making our two pizzas. The server asked what I would like for sauce and then proceeded to put the same sauce on my wife's crust without asking her. When our pizzas were assembled, she placed them on a rack behind the register and then did our checkout. Our pizzas sat on the rack for several minutes before she finally placed them in the oven. It was entertaining to watch her looking into the oven the entire time that the pizzas were cooking. When I finally took a bite of my pizza, the toppings tasted like they had been in a refrigerator in an unsealed container for quite some time. The only good thing about our experience was the No Name Cake. #dingdong
