Nothing Bundt Cakes

I wanted to share some feedback about a recent experience. On Friday 12/19/25, I purchased wine glasses as Christmas gifts for my coworkers. After one glass was hand-washed, the paint began peeling off. I returned to the store today 12/22/25 with the receipt, expecting an exchange, and was surprised to learn that all retail items are final sale (per the manager). Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, not only due to the quality of the item, but more so because of the store’s return policy and how the situation was handled. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this location.

Update to my previous review: I called yesterday evening and spoke with Jamal, who was very helpful. The issue was resolved, and I was able to come back today to select another cup. I appreciate him taking the time to help make things right.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes today. I placed an in-store order for a dozen pre-made Bundtinis, and it ended up taking over 30 minutes to get them. No one mentioned that it would take that long — I had to ask after waiting 15 minutes, only to find out my order still wasn’t ready.

What made it worse was that the staff didn’t seem in any rush. They were chatting and decorating cakes instead of checking on the status of existing orders. If someone had just told me upfront that it would take half an hour, I could’ve waited in my car — especially since I’m seven months pregnant and standing that long was really uncomfortable.

** Update** I am completely impressed by the customer service that I received after this review . I was given a phone call and also an explanation as to why that may have happened . It made total sense and as I explained to the store that we've enjoyed their cakes over the years, I was also told they have very little complaints about their product . It's not often in today's climate you get a phone call and a true concern and nice people that are willing to resolve a matter.
This cake was awful. It tasted like pure sugar. $60 and we threw it out! Even our guest barely ate their slices. Not sure if they just messed up on mine or changed the product. Suppose to be a birthday cake yet they forgot the banner. Very disappointed.

How friendly they are in this location, 😍

I had a very disappointing experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Corona. I placed an order online and received a confirmation, yet when I arrived to pick up my cake, they said it wasn’t in the system. Instead of taking the initiative to start making the cake while looking into the issue, the manager chose to do nothing, which wasted even more time. In the end, I decided to pay again just to avoid further delays. This kind of disorganization and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience!

How is very disappointed with this location they do not offer a military discount they do not honor most of the sales that the other locations have very disappointed the staff was not accommodating they had a matter of fact tone to everything would not recommend going to this place if you are a veteran

Service? lol ..that’s non existent here. Employees really aren’t concerned about fixing mistakes made on their behalf and rather than correcting the problem it’s more of an ..oh well not my problem . If you’re not going to do the job you get paid for then maybe work somewhere else.

Worst service ever. I went there at 2:45 on Tuesday 06/04/24. The girl at the counter didn’t even ask if she could help me, she just stared at me with a blank look on her face then just told me the amount took my money and didn’t even say thank you, just shoved my change at me and no thank you. I love their product but will never going back to that location because of the rude person.

Just for a Bundt from this location, I saw maybe the person in charge and 2 reps. He asked one of them to help me and he was on his way out. Both looked at each other like yea ok. The girl that helped me didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even say thank you as she gave me my order. Goes to say once the boss is gone employees act differently, message to all young people “customer service is a skill if you don’t want to do it pre yourself to get a job that you don’t have to deal with anyone”.

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie hands down the best. My coworker introduced me to this place and I've already been here twice this week. Ridiculous but super delicious.

2 review star to this place. Employee’s are rude place is tan by teenage girls super overpriced cakes that are FROZEN also I find hair in my bundlets I showed the manager and he didn’t want to return my money gave me an attitude I wanted to speak to hire management he told me I could speak to the owner of the place Travay Roberts when I came back the next day didn’t show up ! Disappointed!!!

Ordered a 10” cake and came home to a small little cake. I called the store to complain and they gave me the run around stating manager will not be there for the next 20 minutes to call back and mean while I’m having a birthday party with no cake. I told employee who wis a guy what was I going to do without a cake and he stated I don’t know but that the manager will not be there for the next 20 mins and that all I can do is expect a call back. I would never go back to Corona and people if you decide to go make sure to check your order before leaving because they obviously don’t. Very upsetting!!!

It's been a year since we went here until yesterday because of OREO Cookie & Cream (My favorite!) I'm excited to try this flavor! We'll be coming back for different flavor (Carrot Cake is my #1 favorite; recommended). The employees are nice and the place is clean. There is only one that is Gluten-Free: Chocolate Chips. I'll try that one later!
